The location is located in a very rough area… the staff was excellent

I'm very very dissatisfied with the company and agents very upset . And I asked multiple times to get transfer to a manager and they refused to transfer every time

APRIL FI had 20' truck reserved about 2 weeks in advance, but they did not have one due to "over booking". They sent me to a nearby location that had one and they took care of me. I was told that a 20' truck would fit our furniture/boxes from our 2 bdrm condo, but it was very difficult to fit it in this truck. This resulted in having to pay the loading crew for 3 additional hours at $300/hr. OUCH!

Lyle JI'm 56 years old and have moved with U-Haul plenty of times years. There was nothing great, or bad, with this location. They got me in and out fast, without event. The price was reasonable.

AJA CMy reservation was for a drop off past the closing time for the sight, but that isn't actually possible since they are a closed fenced in facility. The staff was very helpful and found a way to work with my schedule, but I think its something that could be fixed on the website.
KELSEA CI understand them not wanting to load our car on the hauler for liability reasons. But even though I watched the video, I asked for someone to watch us load and make sure we loaded correctly. They let us drive off with the tire straps incorrectly placed. Fortunately we noticed the issue, pulled over and figured out how to correct it.
TIMOTHY HGreat experience over all. I'm happy to return to TireUp for my next Uhaul need.
