The staff at this business has no involvement with uhual. When checked in, I didn't not receive a code for the lockbox to retrieve the key. I ended up having to call the area supervisor for uhual to get help. The equipment I paid for was also missing from the truck.

The location and service was great. It was trying to link to the website was horrible it took over an hour. Called the 800 number twice still ended up having to have the location employee complete it for me. Had to pay for turning it in an hour late but in reality it took me and hour to get through the process

Jim HWe did not drive 91 miles from pick up at tires of Toccoa to 303 Lovell Rd in Toccoa was 2,2 miles and from there was exactly 25 miles 3153 Bond Ave canon ga . And back to Tires of Toccoa . There's no way I put 91 miles on uhaul . I would NOT recommend uhaul to anyone !! 52,3 miles was my round trip

Amanda MReceived a text the day before I was to pick up The truck. Was told the location and the vehicle were changed. The text was at 7:30 your customer service office closes at 8:00. Consequently no one was available to make decisions regarding the rental. I kept getting pushed to the next person who could not help. Fortunately the staff at the Toccoa facility under stood my dilemma and gave us the requested vehicle.

Dana WThe manager was very accommodating but the trailer had not been cleaned out properly. There was no debris but the floor had an oily residue that wasn't noticed until furniture left marks on the carpet in our new place.

gary eThere were inconsistentcies between the instructions on the drop box and those given through the online check out, namely the drop box had a slot for the contract drop off but the return process online made no mention of dropping off the contract. It was confusing to know what to do as the contract was also the only receipt I had and I was making an after hours drop off.

Karen TShe simply held her hand out and took the keys. She did not go out and check the truck at all. The truck was rented out the next day. Now I get a charge for $25,5 for gasoline on my credit card 11/6/18!!! I did not get a phone call or anything!! Just saw the charge by UHaul on my credit card..... how do I know this was from my use of the truck and not the person who rented it the next day!!! My only receipt received is the one today!! I am really upset by this ...... very upset!!

jace hUnderstanding it was a tire/oil change shop however very dirty. Seats, floors and all waiting areas were filthy. There were fleas inside the shop. Had to wait 20 minutes because the staff was late.

I have used uhaul many times and spent a lot of money using uhaul but I'm thinking if that's the customer service I get i will not use again

Jacqueline SEveryone at Tires of Toccoa is wonderful. Your 24/7 option is NOT wonderful, however. You didn't get them all the equipment. You didn't tell them where to leave the key. And when I got online to get the truck (24/7 option), I got a message that there was a problem and to call the "number below." The "number below" was a voice mail, and no one ever returned my message. Fortunately, the owner of Tires of Toccoa came in early and was able to help me. Get your act together, U Haul!!! I'll be renting again next month to complete my move. Should I look elsewhere?

Andrew FNo problem at all with pickupit was great!!!The problem I had was with the people on phone trying to schedule a pickup...after talking with 6 different people, last one being a supervisor, I thought finally they have this right, but no it was not. Never have I dealt a company so inept. Had it not been for the gracious, kind, helpful lady ( who corrected the errors) at pickup my experience would have been much worse!!
eilene cI would not recommend this location. Poor customer service. Did not check in my return for over a week! U-Haul main office had to call me to ask what's going on with my rental. I told them I returned it same day.
