BILLY ETHERIDGEThis location is not staffed and has a small parking lot. To drop off, one must use a mobile app, however, the lack of good internet in the area makes it a difficult to do so. The phone number listed on the location door resulted in no returned calls. Eventually had to have U-Haul manually check-in my rental over the phone. There was nothing in my prior emails from U-Haul that indicated I would have to do a mobile check-in (download the app, etc.).
Lacey SloanThis location is very hard to find. The UHaul sign is way off the road at this tire shop. The only way we found this was by asking someone at a nearby gas station. The address that uhaul sent us had us go to a cow field. This was a horrible fiasco! Never again!

JESSIE SHELTONBe nice if someone met us to pick up the trailer. Used contract # to get right trailer. Also had to get contract in town. If a friend hadn't of told us, never would have known. No pictures taken at pick up site and no help hooking it up.

kevin sterlingThe people were friendly. Their procedure to pick up needs drastic improvement. We had to go to one place to pay for The rental, then 5 miles to go pick it up. But, I understand by the time I arrived to pick up the equipment was close to their closing time. BUT, that was not our fault for being late because our pick up location was changed by Uhaul and we were not notified of the change! I arrived at my ORIGINAL pick up location at 1030am, when my pick up time was set for 1130am! Because of the change, we had to drive another 35-40 minutes causing me to be close to being late! I am VERY UPSET at UHaul for not notifying me as thus caused me to travel an extra hour out of our way to pick up the equipment in Wilson, LA only to find out I had to go to Woodville, MS, where I originally wanted to pick it up!

trea libertyThe 26 ft. truck we rented was a new Ford (F650 chassis) with a V10 motor and was in very good shape, the tires were excellent. The only problem was the ledge at the bottom of the appliance dolly/hand truck we rented was rusted badly and the leading edge of it was bent up and jagged creating a hazard for anything it was used for. Overall a good experience. Very friendly staff.
MIKE HINDSLEYNo one there. The information received from a U-Haul help line, was that this location would be open until 6pm; and we took open, to mean that someone would be there. It was 4pm when we dropped the trailer. It all worked out, we dropped the trailer and put the papers in the drop box. However, we were unable to get a receipt. We really need a receipt.

Cynthia LongoriaThe rental place should be aware that they have a scheduled rental and the time. Should not keep the customer waiting for 30 minutes at the pickup location with no one there. Should have functioning computer equipment to rent equipment. Should also do a walk around vehicle before renting instead of just pointing at a truck in the lot and saying "that's it". Should also make sure that the truck bed is clean instead of muddy with dirt, leaves, and sticks. Should also provide paperwork with instructions on how much fuel to return vehicle with and drop off location.
Aaron McDanielI had to drive 45 minutes to pick up the size trailer I needed, there were none that size in my area. The Woodville, Ms group were wonderful in working with me as I work and could not make it to there location until 5:15 p.m. A young lady and genelman hooked the unit up in no time and I was on my way! Excellent customer service.

LOUIS DAQUILLAThe workers seemed very incompetent. I was there almost an hour trying to figure out what the problem was with checking out the truck. Finally they just wrote a paper contract and sent me on my way. This caused further inconvenience when it was time to drop off. The issue was the trunk was never checked in from the previous renter.

KEVIN STERLINGThe lady was very nice and the truck fine. But I ordered and paid for 2 dollies - there were none there. I was told to drive 35 minutes away to pick them up at another dealer, adding over an hour to my already long trip to get the truck (plus we had movers we were paying that were at the house waiting on us bc the truck rental took longer than expected - the dozen blankets had to be located that morning as well in other equipment)- so we declined and wound up having to leave some very nice pieces at the house we are selling because we had no way to lift them. Then i checked the tracking on the supplies I ordered (boxes and bubble wrap) after being told by the people waiting for us at the house that they were not there even tho they were supposed to have been delivered Friday (the day before). I checked tracking and saw that now they would not be delivered until TUESDAY! 3 days later! The rental location had no supplies I could buy so she directed me to several stores to go to to try to beg for boxes. We had no choice but to go to three different stores all over town to beg for boxes, all while our helpers were sitting on the hot porch waiting for us. We got started on our move much later than we anticipated, paid more to the help than anticipated, had to use substandard boxes and didn't have enough so had to pack much of our stuff in garbage bags, and didn't finish our move until after midnight as a result. A very long day.

CHARLES JONESPlease make sure you have someone available to take care of your customer. When I dropped off my truck, the person in charge was not on the premises, and two of the three young men that were there did not have a clue to what was going on. One of the young men was asleep on the sofa. When I walked in, I asked was I in the right place. This placed me in a difficult position, because I really did not want to leave the vehicle without getting a receipt verifying drop-off, but I did not have a chose. It was very awkward! I wish I could have given you a better review, but it would not be fair to you. Although, I would not recommend you to a friend at this time. I would give you another chance so that I could verify improvement.
