Pedro TThis pick up place did not really know what they were doing. Nothing was explained or said. Plus when I picked up the truck the check engine light was on so they had to give us another truck.
Madison CFast and efficient service. No receipt for drop off was provided. It was about two weeks before receipt from U-haul was emailed.
RENALDO LJust took a long time to pick it up but drop off was easy. Only used for a few hours
CHRIS CCharge acct said I was not present. I was there. I did not ask or approve $9 safe move ins or was asked to sign anything. Did contract at Knights Inn location but found out that I could not get auto transport which I had already hooked up. Had to unhook & was routed to this location 5 miles away.??? When needed I will always choose U Haul. Has always been dependable company nationwide. THANK YOU UHaul !

Charles WThe staff were professionals, the computers had a meltdown, staff walk me through their crises. Apologies were offered and accepted. I really liked the they handle everything. I would recommend the agency to friend and family with a heartbeat. A job well done. Upon my return, they helped me to disconnect my vehicle, and thank me for my service. Job well done!!!!!
