Location hard to get into and out of with a trailer. Had to maneuver trailer by hand. Trailer had broken hook on safety chain and two connector pins on 4 pin trailer light connector were broken off. Only the running lights were working. No jack or trailer stand for trailer tongue, so tongue laid on the ground.

MANUEL COLUNGAThe trailer the gentleman said would fit my truck did not and he said he wouldn't charge me since he didn't have a different one for me to use. He also charged me for insurance which I had denied. Tried calling him back to figure out why he charged me and it goes directly to call fail. Who do I need to help resolve this issue?
jason votionI dropped off U-haul at above address at 4:35PM on the SAME DAY of pick up. Employee NEVER checked it into computer/ data system to advise U-haul that vehicle was received back.
Melissa DelgadoThe location was almost like a junk yard, not clean, or safe feeling. The guy was nice but I wouldn't recommend. Also I think he charged me for a dolly and furniture pads that were not in the uhual. I only reserved it for 6 hours, I used it for 5 hours and I'm fairly sure he charged me for the day. Im not sure if that matters.

GERARDO ZAMORAI had to unhook and move trailer by hand my self no assistance, no room to move around, trashed out, didn’t check the trailer in didn’t call to ask about fuel, was the most horrible experience I have had with uhaul at this location I am surprised uhaul would allow a place like this to rent their equipment out makes uhaul look like a horrible trashy business

Teresa KenneyOriginal pick up location the business never opened to allow us to get our rental. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Tires 2 Go was where a truck was found for us. They treated us right and we were in and out quickly. Lectron-X was very disappointing as a service provider.

The attendant re-entered, but for a location 30 minutes away... and added extra fees for services I declined (which of course no one could remove). Then at new location for pick up, I had to wait almost 2 hours... and then drive 30 minutes back to original location to my storage unit.

TRACY MASONOriginal reservation was for a different location, I paid and checked in the night before to guarantee my reservation. Upon arrival the trailer was not available, was referred to a the above location instead which was very much out of the way and added over an hour of driving to an already long day of travel. There was no staff upon arrival and I had to wait 2 HOURS beyond my original reservation time. I was then CHARGED TWICE, for the original reservation and the other that was made to locate me a trailer that should have already been at the first location. This additional charge has yet to be refunded. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
jon hasslerTook us 2 hours to get hooked up. Site was not opened at designated pick up time and when I was assigned trailer pictures did not match trailer. Spoke with uhaul and they told me I would get a 10 % discount which I did not receive. Another customer called and received a $50 discount. I do not understand why one person would get a bigger discount then another with the same circumstances. I feel this is very poor customer service

KELLY RUEMMELEThe trailer was due back on Saturday, 4-3-21, at 3:00 pm. I kept it Saturday to complete my unloading. I drove by the drop off location on Easter Sunday, 4-4-21. Of course it was gated and locked for Easter Sunday. When I returned the Trailer to the drop off location on Monday, 4-5-21, your system charged me for TWO days late. The attendant said he had "no control" over your system. My only recourse was to call your offices. I've tried to get thru to your Customer Service Lines 4 times since Monday and have never had a chance to talk to anyone. Everyone was busy, and I got really tired of listening to the music. My experience was not a Good One with your company.
