jeffrey hVery rude, demanded info I already provided when trying to pick up the truck. I reserved in advance an was just picking up, but he turned it in to a 2 hour ordeal.
Robert SI was over charged in mileage I told the man at the time of drop off about changing the mileage from 80 to 46 miles ( which he made a joke about but then agreed to fix it) my receipt shows that the mileage was not changed and I was charged $148.00. When I reserved the truck online, the cost was $55 due at the time of pickup. When I went in to the store to check in that morning, the lady had made changes and it came up to $134 then when I check my bank account they had charged me $148.00.

JEFFERY SAs long as tobacco outlet keeps U-Haul, that's the only place I'm going to rent from. Customer service is the absolute best! Very accommodating, kind, and upbeat personality. I know I'm going to get quality service and product!. I have rented here before, and everything was awesome then as it is now!

Debora DThis was the absolute worst experience with any truck rental I've ever had. I would give 0 stars if I could. The seats and cupholders/radio were covered in something sticky and the floor mats were covered in red mud. I had to wipe everything down with cleaning wipes before I could even start my move. The cabin of the truck had such a strong cigarette smell I had to ride around with the windows down in the rain. The heat/air only worked on high. the box of the truck also smelled like smoke so now my clothes and mattress smell like cigarettes and I'm pissed about my mattress smelling terrible now. The floor of the box was so dirty and covered in rocks and red mud that I had buy a tarp to put down to protect my mattress and other things, but still ruined my sheets and stained my mattress because the box had water leaks so the dirt turned to mud and soaked through my sheets while I was driving. I am extremely upset about my $5000 mattress being ruined and the overall state of the truck was awful. I would never rent a truck from this location again, and if this is the kind of company that Uhaul supports, I won't ever rent a truck from you again.
Jonathan HThe man overcharged me "by mistake" and it threw my account into the negative causing overdraft charges. My charge was supposed to be $275 but I got charged $1065 TWICE. The guy who works at the location hasn't been answering the phone.

Hannah VThe contact person at this site was no help at all in connecting the trailer when we picked it up and no help in parking it in a very tight spot and disconnecting the trailer when we returned it. Also, the hitch was worn or not adjusted properly so it had a lot of play.
Jack BI reserved a 10 foot truck and ended up and charged for a 15 foot truck. Notify customers beforehand if their reserved equipment is no longer available. STOP charging customers extra for what they did not order. Seems like bait and switch to me.

Most important thing is That he knows what he is doing and has perfect knowledge about u haul trucks and trailers.. on top of that,he is always follow rules and regulations and makes sure everything goes smooth for customers.. u haul and customer must proud on this hard working u haul dealer .. thank u sam..
Jonie CThe guy who was help wasn't very nice or helpful with the issue like the tire that had a couple chunks missing. I would like something back for this issue please. I have proof. I had to take the back road very slow. The guy also said the tire was fine and good but it's wasn't I have an Witness.
Les MI have been renting from this location multiple times and it's my first location to go to. As far as what to improve for next customer, I don't see what would need to change. Customer service is great, big selection and best of all; gas station on the spot to put gas back in and avoid the big fees for u-haul to refuel.

Heath DThe ramp for our truck came off track and would not go back in. We needed this truck to move out of our rental property that day because our lease was up. We called the place and the gentleman on the phone was very abrupt and unhelpful. We ended up calling the 800 number for further assistance which was not very helpful either
