Windshield was very dirty on the interior Renting online was not easy. Website not user friendly I was told to pick up my van at one location , but it was closed. So I called u haul only to find out it was at another location The fees are more than the advertised daily price! Marketing ploy, just be more honest uhaul.Jeremy F.

Shouldn't have to travel to other locations to pick up locations (Dolly's 2) and then to be told do you want the truck or not when the other equipment wasn't available at the pick up location. Not professional at all. Why reserve equipment ahead of time if you have to to 2 different locations to pick up all the equiemtMichael S.

The location itself was fine and the staff there were lovely. However, the uhaul system was â€˜down' and the pickup process took longer than anticipated. Also, while I lived close to the location, I still had to drive the truck to my house to load it up and that put me severa miles over. I would think that uhaul could calculate these things. Overall, not bad, but the pickup location, being a sort of part time uhaul place, seemed to not have the same uhaul system support that they should.Joseph G.

pickup was bad but not the place or owner it was the U-Haul app took me over 40 minutes then the owner had to help make a call to finish the pickup it keep asking to resend photos and wouldn't check out with my card already in the system.John P.
