James TNeeds more room to get around the lot soo small and drove 36 minutes out of my way one way to get the equipment which was supposed to be at the Zanesville location then got told they did not have a furniture dolly and went to the Zanesville location to get one which was supposed to be included in the price that I reserved online and get to the other location and was charged an additional fee for which is incorrect but I did not have time to deal with it so needless to say it added an additional 2 hours onto my move that didn’t need to be and I explained everything to the drop off location and never did anything about it

thomas rThe area where they have the equipment parked is really awkward to drop trailers off. It is a small area to begin with and when you factor in the dumpster and cars parked in the area, it gets even smaller and more difficult to move a trailer around. I would recommend two people to drop a trailer off, one to drive and one to spot, as there are local resident's cars parked in the area to avoid. I was able to schedule my rental over the phone which was really helpful. Great service!

Kristine HThe guys at this location were very unprofessional and didn't know how to access the information I had already provided to the Uhaul website. They did not take us to the truck, did not make sure the dolly I requested was in the truck, did not inspect anything, and double charged me. Because of the double charge, I had $20 to my name for the week and couldn't feed my kids, let alone replace the gas I used in the Uhaul, which resulted in me being charged an additional $40.

Margaret SEquipment was not in the reserved location desired for pick up. Had to travel almost 90 minutes out of my way to pick it up. Trailer was missing parts, was forced to buy $40 in tow straps to propperly secure the vehicle to the trailer. Not impressed with uhaul at all.
Joe KNot using a pick up location 36 miles from where I originally reserved the truck to be picked up from. Instead of making your customers drive that 36 miles why don't you drive the truck to the preferred rental location yourselves and keep the $20 gas bull shit discount!!! HELL WILL FREEZE OVER BEFORE I EVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!

john lNot a thing. Dealer's good visibility on main road through town immediately answers question of where can I rent a U-Haul. This dealer is particularly good at matching what you say you need with the inventory available and suggests other rentable items, ie., two-wheel carts, appliance carts, and furniture pads...in a helpful but not pushy way. This dealer has been at it for a long time and clearly understands how to provide outstanding customer service.

Brent GBragg's uhaul in McConnelsville, Ohio is quick and easy to deal with. They have plenty of trucks available in several sizes. The best uhaul place I've ever been to!

larry sthey gave my truck that I reserved to someone with privledge, then telling me to go another 30 some miles to pick up another truck. they got it for me but never apologized for the inconvienence, set me back 3 hrs. the breaks sucked, the truck rode rough, I will go out of my way when I make the final move to get a moving truck somewhere else, untill I get over being upset and betrayed I may forgive and move on.
BEVERLY TThe folks at the site were excellent! I needed a 7 to 4 way connector which they lent me. Also, my ball was too big for the trailer so they drove me down to the local hardware store (I am from out of town) so I could get the right one. After that, he did all the work hitching up and hooking up. Nice easy drop off at the end too! I called through Uhaul to set up the reservation. Please ask your customers about hitch ball and connector details! The next site may not be so helpful!
