I called the morning of the rental to confirm everything was all set to pick up the truck at 8:30. I got there and the place was closed. The sign on the door said to go around back. I did and it was not such a great place and seemed quite seedy. I was dropped off as we had many errands to run and was very uncomfortable with the area. I called Tom back and he did not answer. I called Uhaul and had to wait at least 5 minutes. When Uhaul got on the phone they said I was supposed to download some Uhaul ap to pick it up! Unfortunately the guy on the phone had to transfer me and I had to wait another 5 or so minutes. I finally get the ap loaded and thru the process and it says the key is in a lock on the back of the truck. THERE WAS NO LOCK! So I still had to wait for Tom to get me the key when he got there at 9. Plus I asked Tom when he called to tell me my pick up location was moved to Sandusky that I had to pay milage and that is why I rented in Bellevue. Tom said they would remove 30 miles from the odometer reading charge. He did not. So I had to overpay and that is wrong. Kelley Green

He left out furniture pads, and since I prepaid was unable to "fix" the issue. I arrived slightly earlier than my noted pick up time and the place was locked. Don't arrive early I guess. The guy (owner I assume) wrote a note on my paperwork for the Drop Off location to reimburse me for pads, but it not go well at all at Drop Off.

I feel that I was over charged, I paid 95 dollars for a two day rental. I over guesstimated my miles, and still only received 5 dollars back for a two day rental on a 10 foot truck. I will not recommend U Haul, or this location to anyone. I am very disappointed in this agreement, I have used U Haul in the past but never have I had to pay so much.
