I had to try to clean 8" of snow off of the windshield myself. The location handed me a broom and told me that's the best they could do. The passenger side wiper blade was in need of replacement and scraped metal against the windshield. The interior "roof" was also coming down. I addressed all of these issues with the person I spoke to when I returned the truck. Hopefully they make the repairs.

Everything went well. Customer service was very cordial and helpful. They were low on furniture pads. The ones they had left looked like they had been laid on some dry grass and dust. The previous renter of those pads could have shook them out better before taking them back to Tom's Phillips 66. Otherwise, Tom's did great.

Your system wouldnt process my debit card, the clerk tried several ways, as credit, debit, and as deposit etc and it wouldnt process my card, the acct had plenty of money in it, i ended up having to use cash as a deposit,i was told that this happens all the time, thank god i had some cash on me to pay my moving help, so i used it for deposit, this pickup process was way to slow through computer,, it wasnt the clerks fault, it held up my moving time by 45 min, ,

It took 45 minutes to do the check in, once I had the key to the truck it wouldn't start...totally dead, no lights, no nothing, went back in to let the lady know, she called the manager who told her to give me the other truck. By the way i think the transmission is going out on it, so you might want it checked out. Anyway, I was told it would be 100.00 up front, but the cost of the rental would be 75.00. 175.00 was taken out of my account. Upon returning the truck I was told that I would be refunded 33.20 because because I put less than 40 mines on it but to be on the safe side i estimated for 50. Well I got the 100.00 back but I haven't gotten the 33.20 refund. This was my first time of renting from Uhaul and it was not a good experience. However, the staff was nice and the truck was clean, so good job on that part.

My pickup/drop off locations changed a couple of times on my day of rental which unnerved me a little. Then my reservation was migrated from a one-way to in-town rental at a town kind of triangular from both source and destination cities. Once I picked up the truck, though, everything went great.

One tire on trailer was near new and the other tire was very worn down. I brought the trailer home and the next morning the worn tire was flat. I called Tom's but they said i had to call the 800 roadside assistance number, I went through all the automated lines and then was put on hold for a live person. 20 minutes later i gave up on the roadside assistance, i took the tire off the trailer and had a tire shop repair it, $24.00 charge to fix it. The rest of the day then went better with no other problems with the trailer. Thanks!

I asked if it would be okay to bring the truck back or to drop it off in Gretna they told me to bring back which that costs extra money and I think that was kind of rude and $134 to go from Gretna to Fremont that's ridiculous I will never use uhaul all again ever. There are better rental companies out there U-Haul is a big rip off.

I will never rent from uhaul again! I asked for 2 26ft on a specific date i only wanted them both at the 23rd location not all over the place,they canceled one didnt tell me, i went to get the other one and the people that had it before me didn't bring it back so i said i would take a 20 ft and a 15 ft to make up for it she told me they did not have it so i left called uhaul directly he argued with me and said that they do have one and to go back my friend that was helping me in the background was mad and said you need to get your shit straight. Then the uhaul guy say and i quote i will fucking cancel all your uhaul i had to explain to him that it wasn't me and so i went back told the gal i still needed to get both those uhauls she said i told you i didnt have it because they dont like renting in town cause they dont make enough money on that. I said so you would rather have the uhaul sit on the lot then rent it to me for 3 days i couldnt believe it. I never got a discount on those 2 uhauls i should have got everything free. I had to go to blair ne for the other 26 ft uhaul they did give me one free day and 60 free miles but it didnt matter cause i gave them back a day earlier. At one point in time i went from having 2 26 ft uhaul confirmed with confirmation number and all to now having nothing. Complete bullshit. I had a one way one time trip to move so everything needed to be perfect i want all my money back. That's the least you can do uhaul almost completely screwed me on being able to get my house. I'm still pissed. I want my money back please. On top of that i ask the blair location to call me back so i can get a confirmation on my return no call back at all from them i asked them 3 times to calll nothing. So i had to drive up in a snow storm to blair to ask what was going on horrible never go there anybody ever please. Uhaul should be shut down for good.

I have had a very good experience with UHaul at Toms Phillips 66 1105 S Broad St in Fremont, NE 68025. The young men who helped me both times I used the UHauls were very friendly and very helpful. Thank you for being so nice and helpful.

It's hard to improve on excellent service. This is the second U-Haul truck I have rented from Tom's during my ongoing move and both were great experiences.

This was a totally painless experience for me. The provider at Tom's Phillips 66 was quite helpful, the truck was clean, and had plenty of power to haul the max load. The only recommendation I would have is that the trucks could use E-tracks in them for using a load bar.

WD-40 the rachets, hold down and strapping mechanisms that hold and winch down the tires. The unit I had, these items were rusty and dry.

The last two times I have gone in and did the quick check out...entering all the information and uploading the license, they don't have any of that information at the store. I don't understand why that is an option if they don't receive the information.

I rented a 4×8 trailer which was great but after realizing once it was night time all the lights works on trailer excpet for the tail lights. I would suggest checking all lights before renting to each customer.

They were far more concerned with gas station customers than uhaul customers. I had to wait until they were done taking care of them, even though I was in line longer. They would even start with me, but then leave to go help people getting gas/pop as a stood there waiting. They don't care about uhaul people-Awful uhaul customer service
