Derrill MLocation was great. The overal uHaul experience was horrible. I booked what I needed at 1 location then 2 days prior got notice that my reservation was not where I booked but a 45 minute drive away. When I called because this was a problem. The person who answered the phone was initially not helpful but improved to finding me a location in the town I asked. I received 2 email confirmation as to the location change. When I arrived at the location the site had not notice of my reservation. When the very helpful attendant called uhaul they were not helpful. I then called uhaul and gave them the reservation information The person of the phone was rude and accused me of not responding to uhaul related to the reservation. She told me they had been trying to contact me for 5 days and the problem wa s that I had not responded. I told her the prior day I had called uhaul related to the location change and the attendant had moved my reservation to a local location. Over all bad experience with uhaul. Grateful for Tony's auto Body to doing what they needed to to get me on the road
Kimberly TWhen I called for drop off location as instructed in the contract I was transferred from New York to Wyoming to Central Connecticut offices. I then asked to drop it off near my location. The representative agreed and said she would email that location. After receiving the email, the location had changed. When I delivered the truck to Tony's, they had no record of my rental. The employee at Tony's went out of his way making several phone calls so I could leave the truck there. Although it worked out in the end, the drop off process was frustrating and inconvenient.

JOSE VMade an online reservation. Got there to pick it up. Took almost an hour to leave with the trailer. Computer froze. Then he tried to do it on his cell phone but in the middle of that a call came in and he walked away and took the call.

Theresa HEven though the trailer and people at the rental facility were good. When I got to the car I wanted to pick up there was no way to get it on the trailer. I could not push a car that doesn't run up the ramps. I had to ruturn the trailer unused. Wasred a lot of time and money.
daniel pWe usually have no issues with U haul but this time was a disaster. Ordered 5 by 8 trailer on line. Sent to another location to get it 20 miles away. They only had 6 by 12 which was way to big to tow over the mountains of PA. NO SATISFACTION FROM MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wilton GDEALER INFLATED CHARGES FOR MILEAGE. ACTUAL MILEAGE WAS LESS THAN TEN MILES. INFLATED IT TO OVER 70. WAS SPECIFICALLY TOLD THAT I DECLINED ALL COVERAGES AND STILL PUT SAFEMOV E ON THE BILL. WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A $60 BILL CAME OUT AT $177,63
michael mEquipment was ready at 8:00 AM, but no one in the shop seemed sure how to check me out. It took a while to get going. The truck floor was covered in dirt and grass clippings, the equipment was in the shop and not with the truck, which resulted in me only getting half of furniture blankets.

DONALD SNothing, the team at this location was a breath of fresh air compared to Mt Pleasant St location. I will go to Tony's from this point forward and tell my associates. Tony and team take the time with you and don't make you feel like you are bothering them. They realize the big picture of customer service .
Daniel AI dropped the uhaul truck off after hours and the receipt was in my email before I woke up the next morning. I was a little nervous about dropping it off without verifying the mileage with someone, but this location is honest and accurate. My receipt was exactly as I had estimated.
Christina SWorker had a emergency tow call and my appointment for pick up was 8 and noe one was there. I sisn't get my truck until about 45mins after my sceduled apointment. The baxk of the truck was a mess.

TONY Aregistration on trailer was expired, also none working tail lights!!!!!!!!!!!, before renting anything again make sure everything is legal and in working order...
ANTONE AThis trailer rental did not work out for us because the trailer was too small for the item we needed to move. When I first called to ask about renting a trailer, I said that I needed to move something that was 59 inches wide and 110 inches long. The woman I talked to suggested a 5' x 9' trailer -- but only after driving 220 miles to pick up the trailer did we find that it's 5 x 9 feet on the outside -- not the inside - so we couldn't get our Gator on it. By the time we realized there was a problem, we did not have time to exchange the trailer for a bigger one. We noticed that on the next size up -- the 6 x 12 feet one -- the measurements are for the inside - not the outside. I think it's very misleading to say that the trailer we rented is 5 x 9 feet -- we were a bit shocked and disappointed when we figured out why our little vehicle wouldn't fit. The people at Tony's were fine. It certainly wasn't their fault.
virginia bTook a long time to get through the rental process. I was moving and it delayed me an extra 45 minutes.
BLAIR BOwner's employees confirmed rental but didn't tell him about it. I had to wait 3 hours for a truck.
Katia GThis location is not open on Sundays. Given i requested a return on Sunday I should not have been given this as a drop off location because the lot was padlocked and i had to wait 15 minutes and got lucky that someone came to the shop and i was able to get in.
