This was not the location I originally booked. We had to drive a half hour there and another half hour back with the truck. We had no choice as we needed a truck and the location where we made the reservation had no truck for us. When we returned the truck we were charged for going over the mileage and for having it hours longer than booked. I would think when UHaul inconveniences the customer they would make concessions on the other end. The mileage, while minimal, is especially egregious since the only reason we went over is we had to drive it back to our original city from the new rental location.

Kenneth N.I dropped off my truck after hours. The exterior of the building is dingy, there was at least one (non-Uhaul) vehicle parked in the lot with flat tires. I was charged a cleaning fee (which might be OK since it was a rainy day, so there was some mud in the truck, though nothing extreme, so I think charging this was pushing it). I was also charged an after hours drop off service fee of $20. Frankly, this is completely unacceptable and was never disclosed to me. I would strongly recommend against using this location and certainly would not drop off after hours here.

I was then charged a $60 fee without any explanation. Again, I might have missed something, but I'm not sure why no one explained this to me before charging my credit card.

Melissa K.Wasn't aware there is an after-hours charge for the equipment (but not the truck) if you drop off your uhaul when they aren't open. Finding a location was difficult (uhaul's fault) there are only two locations in that area for drop-offs (even though the website has more options)
Corey D.I dropped the trailer off at this location, did the online stuff, which was not very clear nor did it have a good direction on what I was supposed to actually do, and I got a final bill with the service fee! I called this location during business hours and no one called me back or nothing to confirm they were all set or didn't call to make sure I didn't need to finish the process or nothing. The guy was very rude and made me feel like a very unwanted customer. A call after getting my voicemail would have been nice. The website was not very helpful when doing the return so messages apparently were not very clear. I followed the 3 steps I was given and nothing else was provided to me. I asked the guy at the drop off location what he did to complete my check in and he said "you had to use your phone." Made me feel like I was an idiot because I followed the steps given. Terrible service during the whole process and I don't think I will ever do business with uhaul again. I would buy a trailer of my own instead of waste time and money.
