Anne BaldwinTim is extremely easy to talk to and always returns calls The storage is always accessible and temperature controlled. We had no damage to any of our furniture. Wide walkways and easy to access all storage I would highly recommend this storage unit over any we have ever used
Michelle Bryant | Expérience généraleUsing the app was horrible. It barely worked. Took forever to pick up the truck because of the app decided it needed "additional verification" when I got there. If that is needed, it should have had me do it before I was there waiting. Half an hour waiting on the phone for uhual to help. There was no actual office at the pickup location to help. I had to use a pocketknife to move the combination lock on the key box because it was rusty. When I used the app to drop the truck back off, the app told me to drop the keys in the box. After I did that, the app THEN loaded a new screen asking for mileage and gas pictures, which I couldn't do because the keys were already in the box. I had to call for help AGAIN. I've used U-Haul many times in the past all with no issues, but this time was bad. I will never use the app again, or a pickup location that doesn't have an actual person there to help.
Travis NeffI was still charged for the two (2) days I had originally reserved the vehicle; even though I returned it in less than 23 hours (picked it up at around 15:38 on 02AUG2023 and returned it at 13:56 on 03AUG2023). I have a screenshot of the "Truck Return Summary" saying, "You will be charged $96,92 but my final charge was for $120,17 - wrongly showing I returned it more than 22 hours later than when I actually did (actually returned at 13:56 on 03AUG2023 but was charged as if it was returned at 12:00 on 04AUG2023). I really appreciate the help I received while in a bind, which is why I still rated it well. Toolman Tim provided excellent direct and personal customer service. I am trusting there may be a glitch somewhere in the system or between the systems that should be found and corrected for the next customer. ...but now that we're here, I guess it would also be really cool if I can get something back at some point. I just don't have the time to work that all out on the phone or formally complain about it.

Ralph ReedOverall... this experience was awful. I had planned my move around the truck reservation. Then at the last minute I was told that they didn't have the truck. When I finally got ahold of someone that could help, they found me a truck in owensboro. When dropping off the truck, there was nobody there and customer service said they couldn't check the truck in and instructed me to take pictures in case their contractor tried to overcharge me. Because i couldn't get a truck at the location where i reserved it, i ended up getting charged for an overage on miles.
Matthew KellemsNot real sure about this location except I was told it was all good and I didn't know anything else only to find out there was another charge on my credit card afterwards can't say too much for you all that I'll use them again it really was a nightmare that seems is never going to be over because the Forest Park storage location continues to want to charge my credit card for storage when I no longer there 2 months he's charged me for nothing sad very sad.

Paulette SpencerI ordered an appliance dolly, a regular dolly, and furniture pads. None were provided in the truck. The facility I picked the truck up from was not open so I was not able to go inside to have the error corrected. I was still charged for the missing equipment even though I attested on the app that the equipment was not included. Now I will have to go into the facility on Monday when they open to try to get a refund for the missing equipment that was charged to my card. I won't ever do mobile check out again.
Lauren PayneWas told by customer service rep that called me within 48 hours of pickup time that I could return the rental truck to a different location (the one listed below in this survey). So that's what I did when done with the rental. Next morning I get a call from Toolman Tim's (pickup location) and was told I needed to return it to them. I had no idea and they charged me another $100 if not more from what the original fee should of been. Poor communication on their part. If I had known that I would of returned to the pickup location. Even received an email from uhaul stating I could return it to the Owensboro location. Very upsetting and will never use uhaul again and go to Ryder or whoever. Very very disappointing.

Don NeillThe brake lights and turn signals worked. When it got dark I realized that the trailers run lights were not functioning. We had to drive an hour back in the dark risking the chance of getting a ticket.

JOHN BUTLERI returned the vehicle after dark, and the location was not well lit. Safety did not feel like a problem at all, but it did make the returns process a little less easy since pictures required flash and I could not readily see without cell phone lighting or the vehicle dome lights. Still appreciated the mobile device return features, though.

SHERRY MOOREThe location itself was good to work with. U-Haul and the online pickup process was a terrible experience. Since U-Haul moved my pickup location from one location to a different one because of a failure by U-Haul to get the right truck to the location I had to travel 30 minutes in the wrong direction to a location that only did online pickup. That particular location was in a bad cell service area which made the process a challenge, I also had to reach out to U-Haul after 15+ minutes to remind them to call my additional contacts for verification. A process the rep told me would take 10 minutes ended up being almost an hour when it was said and done. This is no fault of the location itself but failure on U-Haul as a whole.

CHRISTOPHER AMBSThe only comment I have is during the move I believe the trailer cause an over power draw (short in lights) m alternator on my truck which I am going to have checked out today or tomorrow at the dealership. I informed the return location of this and recommended a thorough check out of the wiring system on the trailer. Other wise the trailer performed outstanding and hauled beautifully and straight, My moving experience was awesome with U-Haul. Thank you

Ashley GloverThe truck had not been swept out. Which means some other family before us was possibly charged the $25 cleaning fee but I had to be the one to sweep it out. Also, I rented a 15' truck online but was told when I got to the location that 15' trucks could only be used locally so we had to get the 20' truck which was more room than we needed and more money. Wouldn't have been an issue if we could have kept the same price. Why even allow to book a 15' truck on the website knowing the pickup location and drop off location? The website knew it was local.
