Make your automated phone pick up/ return work better. It took me a day and a half to reserve and pickup truck and the RETURN TRUCK phone app was holding me up on STEP 1 bc it said Return milage was Lower than Pickup milage( which it clearly was not)& I had to call UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE and apparently my information was not filed for a week after I returned the truck. Dont drop the ball...RICHARD C.
I did my rental through the app, but there were a few issues with The app not allowing me to login and pick up the truck. I tried calling both listed phone numbers for the location, which was open at the time. Neither one was answered. I went inside to ask for assistance. He Ignored me while I stood at the counter for a few minutes. I spoke up and asked him for help with the truck. He told me the tuck was outside, to figure out and that it wasn't his problem. Fine. After about 35 minutes the app finally let me continue and I was on my way. When I returned to drop the truck off A few hours later The app didn't tell me what to do with the padlock that was on the truck when I picked it up. I went inside and asked the same guy what to do with the keys and the padlock. He told me to put them in the dropbox. I went outside to the dropbox and the lock would not fit in it. I don't think the guy knows what's going on. If I need to U-Haul again, I'm definitely not gonna use this location.Wilson L.

First you changed my original pick up due to equipment. When I went to the new location NO ONE FROM UHAUL WAS THERE. I called the 800# and spent 20 minutes on hold. Finally reached a person that couldn't help-spent 10 more minutes on hold till he got the truck released for me. So I am now 40 minutes behind schedule. NOT A HAPPY RENTER.Thomas C.

The lady checking me in did not speak English well enough to communicate with me. The trailer was rusted and needed a hammer to open the latch the first timeDamon W.
I was told by the agent in Lubbock that I would receive my 100 $cash deposit back when I returned the truck in Lakeside, Texas. The agent there not only didn't know how to check the truck in (had to be walked through on phone), but said they couldn't refund deposit and we're getting out of U-Haul rental business because U-Haul had not properly trained them. I'm extremely unhappy that I have to wait for a â€œcheckâ€ from U-Haul when I gave them cash!!!Steven B.
