Location owner went out of his way to provide the rental I needed. Courteous, helpful, professional. 100 % satisfied.

The truck was dirty inside the cab and very dirty inside the back. It was not swept out and had beer caps and other junk inside as well as a lot of dirt. The location itself was fine but the truck was not clean.

The equipment was very clean inside but we couldn't pickup the truck as planned because the lock to get the key was defective. We got assigned lockbox #2 and couldn't get it to open. We had to go the next day with another person to help us open it. It was very inconvenient since it disrupted our schedule.

There were no personnel to interact with, but instructions for dropoff in the App were clear.

I could not use the app to return the uhaul van because it couldn't fix my location at the uhaul store. I tried for 30 minutes to get the app to work.

Tell the customer the renal is not by the day. Do not tell the customer they will be refunded for days unused.

I will avoid Mobile pickup at all costs going forward- it delayed me by at least 45 minutes as there was so much difficulty loading information and photos, messages were not displayed when when a photo was not received Called customer service 4 times! They were as helpful as possible thankfully. Incredibly frustrating, left with a headache! Interior of van wasn't fully clean, but wasn't unusable; seats had considerable amount of what appeared to be dog hair, some folks are allergic Otherwise the site was fine!

Not much. Dylan (Dillon?) and Sam were friendly, polite and very personable. I usually go to a different location, but no more. This is my new site to rent uhauls when needed.

Excellent experience and value. The staff at the location could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The truck was spotless and well maintained. Will tell any friend needing to rent that this is the place to go

Worst experience ever sent to the different locations then get the truck home and it has a lock no one knows the combination then have to wait for someone to come break it. Nightmare

I don't think it can be improved, it's easy to use the app or online. In all it was a good experience.

There was trash inside of dash compartment. The location isn't well signed for a uhaul store and the when I arrived before my pick up time and before the close time, the front door was closed and there wasn't nobody to talk.
