The greatest service

Billy WThe process for uploading a photo ID would not work from my phone. There was no other option offered. What should have been a quick 5-10 minute process turned into almost an hour and a half. The person helping us was great. They got U-haul on the phone more than once but with no assistance provided. It is absolutely unreasonable that an employee cannot look at a valid drivers license and confirm that the person present is in fact the person on said ID and move on. The photos uploaded OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN were crystal clear on the phone and on the computer in the office. When the system is rejecting it for some unknown reason, there MUST be a way to override it. We missed our window for getting started loading because of this unreasonable delay and the toll it took on our passengers. The employees did their best. U-haul needs to fix their system!

Douglas SThe shop opened over a half hour lat then I had to put down 4 people to get the system to let me finish the rental process. I lost a whole hour of my rental time not what I expected when renting ahead of time
Jamie WThis place was actually closed the day of my rental, but AFM Michael Graham was kind enough to meet me and dispatch my trailer. Hopefully they can learn from him and give others the same type of Customer service.

JONI DWhat a dump! No UHaul signage. Knock it down and start over. Posted to be open until 2:00 on Sunday. Got there at 1:30 and it was locked tight. No message, no phone recording. I would not allow my franchise name on this slum.
BRUCE BPretty bizarre, never met the drop off person (Was mother of kid I handed keys too)I talked to on phone. There was an accident with truck in Temple, Texas, Police report # Y21001111, 9-8-21, wheel fell off of trailer, numerous cars ran over it. Was instructed by Police to give this too U Haul.. john pTrashed and thrashed old one-pump gas station. What can U-haul do to improve? Burn it to the ground, collect the insurance, and never mention it again.
