I was very disappointed in your overall registration process. I had filled everything out online and still had problems picking up my rental. It took another 30 minutes of re-registering again and then I had to give my personal information in a public place, which was stated that I would not have to if I registered online. I will never use this rental company again. It was a horrible experience.Penny A.

We had an issue with pickup and they really tried their best but they were very uncertain on how to handle different situations. They had to call/bring in multiple people to figure it all out so it took a long time. Once we got past that, it was much easier! The truck up front had an old mask and dried muddy footprints in it but I don't think that was a previous user, it was very muddy that day so it was probably who brought the truck out. The back of the truck was fine. We didn't get to pick the truck up for 2 hours trying to figure everything out, though, leaving us time to only get one trip out of it. Then I am billed for the SafeMove insurance even though I declined it multiple times and they told me they can't do anything about it, I'll have to contact Uhaul?! Are they not Uhaul? Initially I was billed double but luckily that fell off within a day. A week later I'm still waiting for a reply email back to be refunded for the insurance I declined. There needs to be more training, especially understanding a chain of command if there is an uncertain issue.Christopher B.
