Confirm contract date and gas mileage on pick up. Drop off location recorded wrong time and charged me an extra day, also charged me for additional gas I never used! Absolutely rediculous.

When you make reservations on the phone and you get to pick up the truck you have to give your information all over again, info should be forwarded to the location
The store is very clean and very good customer service.
I called to file a complaint with management and was told it was nothing they could do. I reserved a 10 ft truck from an authorized location and the truck didn't have heat. I called to complain and was told no other truck was available that I can call roadside assistance or rent another day. That's poor customer service I requested a refund and was put on hold for 30 minutes completely unsatisfied
Odd place for a UHaul business but it's good to diversify, right? Please work on the A/C as it was very warm and humid in the store. Personnel was very nice, worked hard, and was very forthcoming with info.
