Holly D.The Independent U-Haul Representative was verbally abusive. While the Customer service writer tried everything possibly to accommodate the rental, the Independent Owner of the franchise verbally attacked me, used profanity berating me and stated U-Haul had to answer any questions about price, that he wasn't obligated to honor U-Haul's Guaranteed Reservations, their prices or their guarantees. I contacted the Regional U-Haul office, requested to speak to Tom Burns, Regional Manager, and was told Steven (area manager) or Tom Burns, would contact me relative to this unfortunate experience. As of this time, no one at U-Haul has reached out to inquire about this situation and experience. I have a significant portion of the encounter with the U-Haul agent on video, documenting the manager's verbal abuse and stating he was not obliged to honor anything U-Haul had promised.I communicated with the Regional U-Haul office at 1-407-578-1344. If I do not receive any follow-up directly, I will post this video to social media, and U_Haul Corporate can explain it to the public, and react to the fallout from this encounter. I am a consistent customer of U-Haul, but that can change also. I have storage units, which can also be canceled. U-Haul has always maintained the utmost professionalism if my business dealings with all locations. This experience is a one of a kind, and is the most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced. The old saying is "You can spend a lifetime building a reputation, and lose it in 5 minutes." Most certainly, this applies to my feelings about U-Haul at this point. Ultimately, the reservation was not honored as established, I, for the second time, was overcharged, and what happens from here on rests with U-Haul.

Kevin C.bad communication. Rusty mildewed old trailer. Had to negotiate to improve the trailer. Limited days of service resulting in extra unneeded charges. Contracted price did not match charged price. Stupid employee who was too dumb to solve the problem. Area manager did not call back when we had concerns about the billing. Called the help line for assistance waited for a call back and the person said can't help me call back again. These clowns don't even look like they are in business anymore. The office was completely empty and the sign was down. BAD ALL AROUND!

No I'm sorry someone should've called you let me call another U-Haul for you to see where you can go. Has the audacity to give me an attitude when I said I don't care it's being dropped here because this is where my contract says to drop it. They are well aware of what is coming and going had someone called me and told me I was going to need to go somewhere else it would not have been a problem. Just telling me we're full sorry doesn't cut it. U-Haul should pull their franchise from this site

Jeff J.Truck was trashed and headliner rotted out and falling down. Beat up barely running old truck. Staff was incredible just truck was too old and worn out for the UHaul brand to be associated with it.
Jon P.Nothing. The Daytona Beach location is the greatest. Scott runs the place very well. I will not go to any other location in that area. The other larger location there really sucks. People are rude. Always a goat screw to get a trailer or truck. I stopped going there years ago. They were so rude back about 3 years ago that I went to the Nova store. Scott did his very best to accommodate my request and did. THATS WHY I GO BACK TO HIM.

sheila S.Made reservation 3 weeks ahead, checked in online 2 days ahead, arrived at scheduled pickup location, Airport Rd, Port Orange, and no trailer. Had to drive to Ormand Beach to get one and that facilities was fine.
Arthur D.U-Haul needs to update or confirm vendors availability for drop off . Ordering online and originally chose location that wasn't open or accepting drop off causing me to waste fuel and have to change travel plans .

Raymond M.Remove them from the services, went to pick up trailer already had a flat tire before i even hooked up the trailer. Not to mention the new tire they put on literally shredded not even 15 minutes down the road. Waited 4 hours for it to be fixed. Problem would not have happened if the correct wheel and tire were already on the trailer. DO A BETTER PRE TRIP OF THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT BEFORE THEY HAVE A LAWSUIT ON THEIR HANDS
