Never received a phone call that I wasn't going to have the blankets and appliance cart I reserved with the truck. Was very disappointed and had to rent a cart somewhere else.
Kevin DThey made me feel like an inconvenience. I had a 4 day rental. I returned it in two and still received 2 text messages threatening legal action if I did not return the trailer. I had to call customer service to confirm the return and finally received an email confirming the rental was complete. It was a terrible experience!

Rhonda BWe rented truck on sat and returned on Saturday and got charged for a extra day???? The place was closed n tried multiple times to call the 800 # n nothing? I have timed stamped pics of mileage and drop off location. Now I have to wait for management to decide if I get a refund. We use uhaul often and this was extremely disappointing. We only used the truck for 48 miles n was returned same day. Get it together UHaul! I will be expecting a refund asap. I spent hours on hold and even tried your website. And nothing. Tara FI received a text reminding me of where the drop off location was and gave me a different location then the one I signed up for that was harder to get to. This made the process rather confusing.
Wyatt AVery helpful, friendly and efficient. I had difficulty w other locations nearby and this location was extremely helpful even on short notice when the other location nearby dropped the ball. This location knows what they're doing. Also kudos to Charleen at U-Haul Harrisburg who helped pull it together late on a Saturday night! Many thanks to all
Annette JTail lights out , no left turn signal , no tail lights , no hazard lights , straps short on left side , couldn’t hold car after test run . trailer was too dangerous to use. . had to return trailer , hopefully I get my money back . second one this week , first one had to return as well , flat bed trailer was too short for my vechicle and couldn’t use due to danger and hazard to myself and others
candido lThis is not the location I was dropping. I was in Minnesota!!! I was supposed to drop at Golden Eagle in Bemidji MN 56601 It has two locations on the map. It is not right. I dropped at Dick's North Side Auto Body in Bemidji, MN 56601. Easy to find, kind, and helpful. Please fix the name and location of this site. I also was over charged and given a late fee for wrong location. It is your fault the names are wrong.

Jesus OThe location was terrible the service was terrible. It is located inside of an Indian supermarket they do not print out a receipt or send you an email confirmation receipt. The owner asked to use my phone so he could take a picture of his laptop screen as proof for me., albeit in the middle of a pandemic. No masks worn. I rented the truck with less than half a tank of gas, I returned it with half a tank exactly, the check out and check in receipts both confirm this yet the odor charge me $90 after the fact claiming I did not return it with the proper amount of fuel. I don't know if he cannot read a fuel gauge but he is the one who checked the truck in and confirmed it had half a tank. This was an absolute terrible experience and I did not choose to go to this location you haul changed it on me 20 minutes before I was supposed to write the truck from a Uhaul location close to my house. I had to drive out of my way to a neighborhood dealer which is essentially a franchise. The owner of the franchise refuses to give me my money back for the fuel and I am awaiting a phone call from a U haul territory manager.
Zach FLocation is clearly not a primary Uhaul location however they seemed confused when I even told them i was there to pick up keys for my truck. Had to check 3 different locations which delayed my pick up about 10 mins. Also, equipment I had requested was missing from the truck, just making my job harder.
Hauenstein IIt took over 50 minutes to get registered even though I registered over the internet. The equipment to get my license and debit card didn't work. The guy couldn't find the key to the truck. I never received any paperwork detailing the mileage and cost of renting. I will not use this UHaul facility again.

Carlos FI made a complaint to Uhaul regarding my experience and was supposed to receive a call back. First, the person at the location never explained the details of the contract with me and never had me sign anything before sending me off with the vehicle. I made note of the milesand fuel as this normal. When I got back I was overcharged for miles I never put on the vehicle. I made sure to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel but then I was overcharged for that as well. This is unfair and criminal. I asked Uhaul to investigate my miles via transponder as it would be easy to prove I did not drive the amount of miles they said I did. It Would be nearly impossible to drive 273 miles through many residential roads in 6 hours including filling up the truck with stuff, driving it to the destination, emptying the truck, and returning it to the store,plus adding fuel along the way. A transponder would show that this never happened. I've been ripped off and will complain to the Bbb and other places of this is not resolved. Before sending me out with the vehicle they should have verified the miles and the fuel with me, but they told me they didn't need to, and I should just go. I don't recommend using this location. I still want Uhaul managers to contact me regarding this complaint.

mitch hI had an issue with my rental truck when I tried to explain what happened I realized that the lady there barley spoke English and all she could say was call customer service.
ANTHONY FThere is definitely a language barrier. We had to wait forever till we could get the rental through. Originally we were told the rental would be $276 and we knew we had to add 70 more miles on for a hotel. However, our bill became $445.00. We were charged for insurance when we specifically told them we were covered by our auto insurance. When we told them that, they told us that it was our problem to get the charge removed. We felt the whole time we had the truck that we were going to get screwed when we got home and we were. Also the truck itself had problems. We worried that we were not going to get to our location or get back home. We will look to rent elsewhere in the future. If they had only taken a few extra steps, they could have had a multi-return customer.
Dale OCloser location for drop off. Cashier could be better on loging in to uhaul computor program. But everything was ok.
james tMake sure the mirrors are easy to adjust for each person. In the vehicle I used I could not adjust them. I managed but the next time I will not leave the property of uhaul until the are right for me.
Molly BThe truck I reserved 5 days before was not there when I went to pick it up and they only had a small truck. I had to make other arrangements with a second truck so we would be able to move everything. We were to pick up the larger truck at 7:45 am and I was still there at 9:40 am trying to get the smaller truck rented after making the arrangements for the second truck. Since we only got the smaller truck it caused us to have to make a second trip which I wouldn't have had to do with the larger truck. I don't feel I should have to pay the amount that I was charged due to your error and not having the unit that I reserved there. They didn't speak English very well so it made the process even harder. I have rented uhaul trucks before and was very satisfied but not this time and will think long and hard before renting again from your company.

martin lWhen I arrived to the place(a small market) owner wasn't present, the only employee present was very nice but didn't have a clue of what was going on. She called the owner who told me there was no reservation, he apparently he did the reservation all over again and over the phone. The place had no heater and it took him more then 30 min to get me a new reservation so a was freezing. Won't recommend this location at all.
Lucy VIf someone is going to be a pickup or drop off point, then the employees should know how to do the job. I will NEVER go to that place again. I also called n told uhaul and i didnt even get offered a discount of any kind. I will look for other companies when i move again in a week or 2.
Traci HThe people were very nice, but they had no supplies available. We ordered moving blankets but never got them because they had none to give us. No carts or anything else either. Just the truck.
