The woman that runs U -haul is very nice and pleasant to deal with. I have rented twice from this location. They do seem to have issues with gas. Both times they said that there was a certain amount of gas and both times it was less than what they said. Otherwise it's a great location to rent from.

Truck broke down .. I missed my delivery date. Lost major contract.. couldn’t retrieve my equipment till the next day.. was told I would be give truck rental free. And was billed !

I had a confirmation number I was to pick my truck up at 9 AM 15 footer I caught a Uber there when she put me in the computer someone added another location had taken the truck from underneath me and try to make me go to a different location to pick a truck up after I got in Uber to this location where I made my contract I asked for a utility dolly which you told me would be $10 a day I asked her for six blankets when I left I have the dolly which was a utility dolly not the dolly in the truck she did not give me my six moving blankets so I assumed that I could use the ones that were already in the truck they charge me $20 for those blankets and I only use six of them I did not use the dolly in the truck I was also charged for that they updated me to a 16 footer/I don’t feel the extra charges were legit and I will be filing a complaint with visa if you guys do not choose to ratify the situation for me

Not sure if just this UHAUL location but the gas is a rip off. I went 18 miles!! The gas indicator barely moved and they charged me $26.60. These trucks get 10 miles to the gallon so they are just making money on the fact after a long day of moving I didn't want to go put 2 gallons in the car! They charge $5.60/g so I should have only been charged $11.20. Rip off!

I was overcharged. I was told they wouldn’t charge my card until I returned the truck, but they did. I was supposed to have s 50 credit, but that doesn’t show either.

I showed them the gas was marked wrong and they confirmed it, I returned it with more gas than what I had gotten it with, and I still got charged for gas...not cool

Uhaul need better store staff in the las Vegas area the costumer service is terrible staff need better costumer service training make my reservations more than 2 weeks for a 20 foot truck my pickup date I went to pickup my truck they're telling me I have no reservations and then they're giving me the run around what I have to do it was a big mess my truck was supposed to be ready for me to pickup so I can get stuff packed and leave for Colorado the next morning but there wasn't a track for me I was so fucking upset.

The young man at the desk on 4/11/19 was disdainful and unfriendly. He did what he needed to do but without any enthusiasm or personal interest. I would not want to deal with him again.
