john spagnuoloThe vehicle smelled like urine I waited almost 2 hours for the clerk to arrive to the location I received the U-Haul with a little over of a quarter of a tank of gas I returned it with a full tank I will never ever use U-Haul services again.

Asa MillarYour prices of gas is too high. I had the truck for 5 hours, I got charged for a after hours fee? Why? No one was there. Why should I be charged that fee? This location, was no where near a gastation to fill it where it needed to be. The truck was what I needed, but the amount paid for 5 hours, is rediculous.
Jeffrey ShurtliffRental was great, I was able to book just a couple days beforehand. I opted for mobile pickup which is a nice option, but the mobile website is not easily navigable. Booking and editing rentals, logging back into the website take some time.

Matthew HalpinWhen I called the number for uhaul I was quoted the wrong price and ended up paying way more than expected. I'd rented a dolly but when I went to pick up the truck no dolly was available.so I hauled everything by hand. Also when I went to pick up the truck I went to the location I'd phoned. Turns out it's a generic number. I'd taken an Uber. Well it left. I then had to walk to the other location. It was that or spend yet more money. And when I dropped off my keys I wasn't told about needing to go online at the actual site. I understood I could just go online and fill out what ever was required. Nope. Because I'd dropped the keys off and left thinking that's what I could do, and go online at home, which I chose to do as it was dark out and cold and my phone battery had died. I was charged an extra $20.00. So yet more money. The cost to rent this vehicle for a few hours was really much more than it should have been. The customer service was fine. Everyone was polite. I was just very misled on price. Which was unfortunate because I'm very tight on money.

ADELL VASQUEZI was charged $100 for about two hours of driving. I can rent a truck from Home Depot for a flat $20. I don't think I'll ever use U-Haul again. Quadrupling the price with mileage fees just feels deceptive.
Blake McgillisI was Charged for 2 gallons gas despite putting gas in the vehicle (and only driving 7 miles total) and I was also charged a cleaning fee despite sweeping out the truck before I returned it, leaving it more clean than when I actually rented it. Not impressed with the sneaky fees or charges here so I will Not be using this location again. Such a disappointment.

JORDAN ROGERSThe online process was smooth and seamless - Picking up the truck was just as seamless - Drop-Off was a breeze, as long as you review the Drop-Off instructions and proceedure prior to dropping the keys in the afterhours key-drop-box...like I made the mistake of doing ;-)
Thomas MyersTruck had only recently been returned and had soda spill in both cab and storage area behind cab. The worker cleaned out the cab but had not yet had time to get to the back, as I had made the reservation on a short notice. I forgot to grab a dolly in the whole rush of things but they were willing to extend the reservation. I did get my task done, and was happy with services rendered.

Alexander DavisI received a uhaul that had actual human feces in it. The man who rented me the uhaul said he had no other truck left and I was in a pinch. I am so disappointed and had to clean the truck and some of my furniture smelled by the time the move is done. I am expecting a refund. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had.

Maximilian KiewatUHAUL website pick up and drop off was great. Then the next day I see an extra $30 charge from the place that I picked up my UHAUL. I inquired about why I was getting this charge and the guy working there told me that my gas was underneath the quarter tank mark. I told the guy that when I picked up the UHAUL that it was at 3/16 of a tank and that's what my paper work had said. He told my that I should have returned it above the quarter tank...hello, 3/16 is less than a quarter of a tank. He wanted to keep arguing with me and said he never has his trucks under the quarter tank line...ONCE AGAIN, even UHAUL online had it documented that it started out at 3/16. Guy was just trying to scam me clearly. Very unimpressed with the guy's behavior. However, I went on the online chat later and they looked into it and filed my claim. Very appreciative of the person who took care of me online. Moving is stressful and expensive, no need to add more stress buddy. Will never use that location for anything whatsoever again.
Sydney TomlinsonI waited for 30 mins in the lobby while the clerk processed my rental truck. This came out of my rental time, and I was late for a dock appointment at a warehouse. Not the fault of the clerk, who was a brand new employee and should not have been flying solo. I regret having not used the app to reserve the truck (I ended up answering the same questions I'd completed online for the reservation.)

We have 2 storage units at this location and I always feel safe because it's well lit and monitored. The other renters that I've come across are willing to share the dollies, hold the elevators and doors, etc. Mark keeps the facility extremely clean. It's been our best experience with storage facilities.
