The text messages I received from U-haul were somewhat confusing and hard to follow. When I followed the link texted to me for check-in purposes, U-haul could not find my order.

You began a new program touted as time saving, you didn’t train your employees, they handed me a piece of paper with a web address and told me it was an APP and I was on my own. The Web site was extremely slow and cumbersome, and after spending fifteen minutes not getting anywhere at all I surrendered as I am sure was the end game so you could fleece me out of an extra twenty dollars similarly to the weekend price hike for mileage. When will big business learn, you guys will be sued for this fiasco you’re pushing. Needless to say you’ve lost me as a customer after renting twice in a week, i compelled to warm all my friends and family thru social media. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that the human being employed by you attempted to help but it was obvious he had his marching orders to allow me to flounder, he is your ONLY shining light in this debacle. This is a fail at the highest level of your corporation, maybe you should research Sears, Penny’s and the other corporation nightmares they didn’t learn until it was too late either. Your former customer!

The new checking back in the truck rental system blows bad... It required me to create a login and password... that is a joke... and then the location services on the uhaul app/website were not working properly.. I will think twice before I rent again... No one should have to create a username and password just to rent a moving truck.... its too bad because the customer service on location was perfection

I prefer dealing with caring managers like at Towne Storage for check in/check out. Asking customers to take photos to document the condition of the truck is a reduction of customer service and a huge inconvenience to the customer. The hyperlinks sent to my phone did not work properly, so this further added to the frustration.

The employees at Towne Storage need customer service training. They messed on our order severl times which made the process very confusing and stressful. The woman named "Jamie" was especially rude and didn't know how to use the computer. The truck's windshield was covered in bugs, we had to clean it so we could see. I would not recommend this location to rent a Uhaul.

Craig at Towne Storage was very nice. The problem with our rental was: 1. This location was not the original location we reserved the truck at. This location was another 4 miles away. 2. The original location we reserved, Towne Storage Riverton did not notify us before arriving at this location that they did not have the truck. 3. Once we were told we had to drive to another location we did not get the 6 hours that I had reserved. We were asked to return the truck within just a couple hours. Not only did we have to pay extra mileage charges due to the pick up location being further away but we also lost time and money with movers we had hired. So my review is not on the pick up location but U-Haul itself. As I said above, Craig at Towne storage was very nice and accommodating. The time restriction we were given was not his fault.
