The St. George locations I worked with were both fantastic ! One did the reservation, and went the extra mile. The providing location people were great also.

Diana HernandezThe truck was dirty inside and out, crumbs in all the cup holders, trash behind the seats, the truck smelled like cigarettes, and the windshield was covered in bugs and dirt and was hard to see out of. You could definitely spend some time cleaning the vehicles before they are rented again.

Better communication and understanding from field manager. Not make workers at site look bad because they are not given updated information even tho 800 number and field manager know all the updates info. Better accommodations for internal mistakes that put customer at a monetary and stressful loss

Gary AveryI was difficult to understand why the office computer system would not accept Texas as the state of transfer. It took way too long to get checked in. The employee had to use is cell phone, go back and forth from one another. I'm sure we waited about 30 minutes for him to finally figure it out.

Alvin SilveyI wasn't a fan of the weekend mileage rate being higher than the weekday. I get charged a dollar a mile that's like driving a semi truck down the highway seems a little over excessive.
tj Hall-TrumanWe returned it at night. The Self-Return procedure did not work. It was after hours so we did not interact with personnel. Evidently the return was processed satisfactorily.
Howard C BybeeUnlike previous U-haul and Penske trucks that I rented in the past, this truck was absolutely terrible: the steering wheel was out of alignment by about 30 degrees, the steering was very loose, there was no cruise control (reservation indicated I was driving almost 200 miles), and for a 20 foot truck the gas mileage was horrible (much worse than previous 26-27 foot truck I had previously rented).

Kathy SteinertReserved a truck online, got there and was told they couldn't rent it because it was reserved for 9am the next day. I had it reserved for that evening only so he finally let me take one (several there) after checking it back in myself online like he said to do and leaving the key in his box I get a 20$ after hours charge. No mention of this to me before and since when does it cost more for me to check myself out. He did nothing upon return and that costs more?!?

john simmonsi was charged a fuel charge that was totally wrong i rented the truck with just less than a half tank and returned it with just over half tank and was charged over $100 extra for fuel and left to call a 800 number and dispute the charge for over an hr whatb a joke!!!!

LEVI HANSENIt's not the locations fault but it should be easier to bring the truck back when the employees aren't there. The location is a bad area for my cell phone and it took a long time to upload the pictures.
