When I arrived to pick up my truck at 3pm, the office at the location said it was open but it was locked and nobody was inside. The gate to get into the location for self pickup was broken, and wouldn't have opened if there wasn't another guy there who kicked it after I entered the activation code. When I went to pick up my truck, the dolly I'd requested wasn't inside, which I reported in the self-checkin process. The truck had a big crack in the windshield (which I didn't notice until I'd left the lot because it was pouring rain), but there was nobody in the office to talk to about it so I reported that to online chat later that night to make sure I wouldn't get charged for it. When I returned the truck, the woman working there took it from me without any checkin process and I was worried I'd be charged for the dolly that was never provided, but she assured me I wouldn't so I left the truck with her. Then 10 minutes later I got the emailed receipt and it showed a $100 charge for missing/damaged equipment which I presume was for the dolly. The whole process was a disaster and I need you to refund that $100 extra charge - there was no missing or damaged equipment.

Make sure the mileage is correct if I didn't catch that I would have been way over and I was actually under my mileage but they were great I really like this location and they took care of my issue and were very easy to work with. Definitely recommend this U-Haul

so I ended up returning one more day before I thought but had some problems to where I could not pay the amount and Jenny there put it down that it was going to be a promise to pay it when I got my check to do so, but even tho Angie and Jenny was awesome there is one worker and i dont know his position i guess he is their boss or what have you but his name is Troy Jacobson and it was the next business day whe. I get an email receipt saying the full amount is being taken out of my bank and his name was the one on it and so I called to speak to him and he was the rudest person ever would not listen to what was the problem just said to call the place that I got it from but the amount that did get taken out was only part of it and was told no more will be taken out till I call them well guess again it was taken ok ut of my bank twice but before they could fix it I got slammed with overdraft charges. If you go to get a U-Haul then I pray Troy dont work there. If it wasnt for the office workers I would never rent another UHAUL again. The office workers had it correct but Troy dont care and will charge you no matter what and he is no help. Out of the many times I have rented a U-HAUL I have never had this extremely awesome service before till Angie. She was the only worker and she went way above and beyond with customer service and just how we clicked and everything, and I know I'm not the best customer in the world lol but she was just so patient with me. As long as I live close by I now will never go anywhere else for my U-HAUL as long as she is there.

This was the best experience renting a truck I've ever had. Angie was so helpful and professional. I rented a truck a few days before at a different location and it was the worst service imaginable. This was the complete opposite. I'll never go to a different location agin.

So expensive and for what??? The pricing on the uhaul is VERY misleading. What is the point of paying $1,29 every mile if we also have to fill up the tank? When i first picked it up , the total was $106. I dropped it off and it increased to $148 when i actually drove less miles than i estimated. VERY misleading.

Van was covered in snow and overall process of getting the key and getting into secure lot was so cumbersome. They need to relocate the key box inside the gate so people don't have to get out of the secure area and get the key and re enter the secure area and walk entire facility to get to the truck. What a disaster.

Was charged a late fee for returning at 4pm instead of 5pm when it was due. Van did not have the stated amount of fuel, and was charged for extra fuel when returned, even with a receipt. Had to call into support just to get a copy of the receipt as they would not supply one.

Running the vehicle that we used for moving was a very good experience. The staff employees at the location we rented from were extremely personable and very accommodating. We returned our vehicle an hour and 10 minutes earlier than we needed and the checkout process was very easy as well. We would definitely use U-Haul again and we will in the upcoming months when our home is built or finish being built. Thanks again keys are in the Dropbox vehicles gas pictures were taken.

I need to call and file an official complaint, but my uhaul put me into an allergic reaction. It was so dirty and disgusting, I complained before I took it and they did nothing and when I brought it back I was told to file an official complaint. So when I am feeling up to calling, I will call and complain.

I rented a truck to install pavers for a day. Returned the rental at the close of the following night. Finished my Diy project through the weekend, couldn't find my construction jacket of 20 yrs. After searching everywhere, 5 days searching, I went back to the your office, and they remembered me, I, asked the truck I had rented was Onsite, thatI may have left my old coat inside. The assistant said it was on property, grabbed the key, proceeded to the truck, opened the door tipped the seat removing my old Levi jacket! She told me that the truck had been rented out 2 times since my use! Thanks, a happy customer!

We pulled up and did our pick up from our phone. All we needed was the key. As I was walking up the attendant switched his sign to close and took a one hour lunch. I took an Uber to the location so I had to wait for an hour in a curb waiting for him to finish his lunch.

I rented a truck closer to my house. Then you sent me a message saying it wasn't available two days after I had rented it. You said that I had to drive 30 miles to get one. You should've given me some sort of credit for that and credit on gas for driving all those miles.

I used the after hours pick up, great in theory, however, when I picked up the van it was filthy - obviously hadnt been cleaned or inspected. There was dirt and dust everywhere, cigarette ashes, trash, and gross gunk on the steering wheel and dash. In addition, it stunk - like cigarette smoke and I dont know what. It was disgusting. When I inquired about it upon return, I was told that this is "just how it is" with after hours drop off and pick up, that they are not responsible for cleaning the vehicle, and you "get what you get". I can not believe this is U-Haul policy, to be OK with handing over a grossly dirty vehicle to a customer. I will never use this rental location again.

We had ordered equipment as well and there was no equipment at the site, so we had to spend two hours more finding a UHaul outlet to get the equipment we needed. Also, the guys there did not walk us out to the truck, and it was not easy finding the one in the midst of several in stock, so we had to go back in and get clearer directions. Otherwise, the guys were very amenable.

I turned it in an hour before my allotted time yet the receipt showed I turned it in two days later?? And it showed I drove multiple miles? My bad, I should have taken a picture of the miles because someone could have driven this truck AFTER I drive it. Never will I rent from this location again! The store door showed Open but the door was locked during store hours, really? So I had to drop off the key on the key box. Again, I trusted too much.

The battery was dead on the truck we reserved so we had to take time to charge that. There was only 1/2 tank of gas so it was hard to know how much fuel to put back into the truck. It makes more sense to have the tank full of gas and the customer filling it to full when they are done with the job. Other than that, the people were nice and we were able to get the large truck that we wanted.

Just like Jim in Prescott, the gentleman who helped us with the return of the vehicle was also professional, respectful and kind. We came in shortly before the holiday weekend of July 4 and despite a software issue with the computer that delayed completion of the return, and a call to a Uhaul team member that didn't resolve the issue, he was patient and persistent, contacting another team member. Again, great customer service. Merci.

When we checked in, the dolly we needed for our move was unavailable at that location. We were running behind, and didn't have time to run around to a bunch of uhaul locations. We bought one at Home Depot. Not good. They were also too busy to give us any paperwork, so we had no documentation. Last, the air conditioner did not work, on a slow driving, 95 degree moving day. We are grateful to be moved, but have grown used to better service from UHaul.

Latch on back of truck was broken so it could not be locked. Called location and left voicemail to address issue and they never called me back. My contract says $1552 and I was charged $1775 with no receipt or description of additional charges. Poor overall experience.

i was significantly overcharged: 1. Charged for 2 days an extra $29,95 plus tax even when the manager said I would only be charged for one day. 2. charged $10 plus tax for furniture pads we did not reserve or use. 3. charged $10 plus tax for dolly we did not reserve or use. there was not even a dolly in the truck. VERY UNETHICAL. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
