It is strange that the property is out of the way. But it was very easily dropped off and picked up. A manager of the facility and his assistant were very friendly and they assisted us with just about everything we needed. I would recommend that anyone could rent from them out of the Gentry area. Thank you toxic detailing for your professional service

This location was closed on Sunday. The gentleman happened to be there and took the return. SUPER nice guy! Acted as though we didn't bother him a bit even though he was closed. Very personable and enjoyed talking with him. Wish I would have gotten his name.

The employee at the desk, Kurtis, did not have his laptop charged. Due to waiting for it to do so, the time at which the truck was dropped off and the time at which it was recorded as such differed. This caused me to be charged an ADDITIONAL day! I had to call and have the charge reversed and, as it stands now, Uhaul was kind enough to charge me immediately for the extra day yet my refund hasn't even posted to my bank account. Thank you, Uhaul, we'll be renting with someone else next move!

My reservation was moved from my preferred location due to equipment being unavailable. The second location called and confirmed 2 days prior to pickup, and then called the day before to say equipment was not returned and I was being transferred to third location. I confirmed pickup time with location three the day before but on arrival the representative was not ready for me (he was actually still sleeping as the pickup location was his house, greeted me in his pajamas, and smoked a cigarette right next to me). After waiting over 15 minutes to start the pickup process, he said he could not find the reservation and on further review it was actually sent back to the second location. After calling U-Haul it was sorted out and I took a truck from location three. The whole process was a complete mess. I did get a truck but communication was conflicting and it was not a smooth experience with less than professional interaction.

We had to drive too far to return the truck. There appeared to be several other drop off locations that would have been more convenient. We were taken to a very remote location that looked more like someone's home. There were beware of dog signs. The pitbulls were in pens but it was just as nerve wracking returning the truck as it was picking it up. No one was at the drop off location so we had to call the number on the email. He said he didn't know he was going to have a dropoff that day so had us leave the keys in it and sent us a receipt later. An older gentleman did appear and talked briefly to us but didn't really know anything about the process. The truck itself was fine and accomplished what we needed but the pickup and dropoff were not good experiences.
