Nothing at all to improve. Austin was amazing. It was my first time driving a U-Haul with a car dolly and he went slow showing me everything on how to hook it up and unhook it. And answered all my questions about towing my car and how to the best way to load everything for a smoother drive.

Todd M.The Uhaul truck I received had a missing / stolen catalytic converter and was therefore INCREDIBLY loud throughout the duration of our move. This vehicle should not have been in circulation for use. Very displeased with the truck I was given with no prior warning or option for a replacement. I may not do business with Uhaul again after this experience.
Jose S.Need a 24/7 key pickup box, or to have U-Haul NOT advertise this location as a 24/7 Mobile pickup location. However, that is my only complaint. Once the office opened the customer service was impeccable, the paperwork went smooth and the fully capable vehicle was ready to load and hit the road for our 1 000 mile journey.

Gary S.Im not sure who sold me the $25 travel insurance, the woman on the phone when I reserved or the person when I picked up the trailer. But I and the person behind the counter was in an extreme hurry. He was rushing through everything and I didn't mind because I was already an hr behind on the day. I didn't pay attention to the contract until I returned it and saw the extra expense. My $71 rental turned into $96 plus tax. Wasn't happy at all - lesson learned I suppose.
Russ P.Personnel at rhe pick up location was great, reservation time was not what i originally asked for and different location from where i physically went in to place the reservation. It seems like the person making the reservation could explain the options for pick up better, the assumption is that the vehicle will be picked up where the reservation is made. Personnel should also not refer to the other locations as "our other location" when it is a separate dealer with no affiliation other than name corporate name. Overall attitude of personnel including person on phone was too bad, did not offer any solutions or helpful recommendations until pushed. Information from employee on site at ordering location was inconsistent with information eventually provided by the person on the phone. Person on phone also mentioned communications that had kot taken place with the uhaul stor 2e, rhe communovations referenced were fromthe movers bokked ok n the uhaul site. Eventually taken care of. But customer service overall is not good when you need assistance.

gregory T.All of our paperwork, emails, texts said that our pick up time was 7:30 so we were there at 7:25. Nobody was there until 8:00. Apparently, the place doesn't open until 8, so why were we scheduled for pick up at 7:30? Then, the trailer that we rented had a blinker that was broken. It was broken when we drove it off of the lot. I rarely have good experiences at UHaul. This was no different than normal for me.
gary D.Pick up from the main location on Prince street instead of this location. UHAUL is not this businesses first line of service and it shows by the amount of time it took them to logon and process our rental online as well as information given on the rental.
Lindsey V.We went to the main location on Prince Blvd, that we go to all of the time we rent a Uhaul and they said that I needed to go return the car dolly to another dealer on Curry Road G. The attendant at the Prince Blvd dealer gave us crappy directions and when we got near the location, the road was closed due to construction, so we had do drive all over the area to find an alternate way to get to the dealer and return the dolly. Once we got to Trans Matic, the place was closed eventhough the hours of operation did not state they close for lunch. I called the answering service and they provided directions for dropping of the dolly. We are not from the Clovis area, so this was a little frustrating. I reviewed the contract and it just said to return it to Clovis and call the 1-800 number...I was under the impression that any Uhaul dealer in the named town could accept a rental return.
Gonzalo R.My issue is not with the pick up or drop off location. My issue is with Uhaul. When you call Uhaul you get, Thank you for calling Uhaul, all calls are recorded so we can keep our promise... That is a lie and false. I needed the large trailer and reserved one. If I wanted the big trailer I was told I had to go 150 miles to get it. Uhaul refused to have someone bring it. I didn't get everything in the smaller trailer so I will have to make a 12 hour drive to get the rest of my things. This is not the first time, or second time that Uhaul has not kept their end of the "Promise". Uhaul has cost me a lot of money and time because of bad business. People who are moving are already stressed. Uhaul just helps add to the stress.........

kathy S.Make sure this location manager knows when you are coming to pick up equipment! This location is not open on Saturday and it didn't appear that the manager had any clue that we were going to be there at 8AM to pick up the 26' truck sitting there. Had 10 people waiting for us to get to my storage unit to load the truck. Once the manager arrived he was very nice and helpful and considering the fact that he was probably sleeping in on a Saturday off he was there pretty quick after he was called.
betty D.My trailer had the wires for the lights cut and was not plugged in. The guy that hooked it up didn't hook up the chains at all and the trailer smashed into my vehicle and broke my back window while driving on a highway.
Cailin D.My confirmation email had a different location so I was 30 min late to my appointment. When I got to the right location it was closed for lunch and the uhaul guy had left for the day. The guy that owned the wrecker business called uhaul and they walked him through the process for the contract. If it wasn't for him we would have had to leave a day later. We still left 2 hours late which was a huge hassle.

WHITNEY A.One wheel and hub had noticeable leakage onto the wheel and the wheel appeared to have loose wheel bearings due to it leaning in a little as compared to the wheel behind it. I told the dealer about this upon return and checked it for temperature periodically while I used it.

CODY D Y.I had reservations at another site for 9am. Somewhere along the way it was changed to Trans Matic and for 10AM. When I arrived at 9 nobody was there. When they did show up there was no power and the contract was done via phone.
Cathi P.I rented a truck, a tow dolly, and a hand-truck. I picked up the Truck and the hand-truck at the Transmatic location, and had to go across town to pick up the tow dolly, then return to the original location to retrieve my vehicle. The process would have been a lot easier if all of the equipment was coordinated and in one place.

GUY M.Absolutely none. It might be a good idea if you are sending text messages (which is how I received the address to this UHaul drop-off) that you include directions. This drop off point was on the Texas state line and the larger one in Clovis proper was highly visible. Both were great. The Curry Rd guys were awesome!
