Timothy F.Dirty, smelly trucks and they never have the equipment you reserve. Been to this location a couple times and they usually don't have blankets or dollys. The representative there Justin acknowledged the truck smelled like smoke when I was leaving and wiped down the cabin. When I returned it he refused to acknowledge this truck smelled like cigarette smoke when I returned it and didn't offer any concession on the rental outside of the blankets, which I only got 6 when I asked for 12, got one dolly when I asked for 2 and all the blankets I did get were all folded up WET. Will never be back here. Deplorable location.
Benjamin D.Many unexpected surprises, one such example was an extra charge of $20 for returning back the vehicle through mobile device. Not sure if I am ever going to rent uHaul now. Terrible terrible experience both with uHaul and the location itself. Shady business practices like this should be avoided. I would have gladly paid the charges if you were transparent since beginning. Never booking another uHaul truck in future, and would encourage others to do the same as well.

franklen L.My internet rental contract did not work as stated, My contract number was not recognized by your mobile phone app. It took me an extra 1,5 hours to rent this truck, your corporate office phone line staff and the ride share staff are incompetent, I do not even know if i ever talked to the ride share office because the number was always busy. After being bounced around 6 times to different facilities I got a competent person and fixed my problems. Someone needs to inventory the truck cleanliness and gas at 1/2 full. after rentals are returned. I rented the 10' truck and it was dirty on passenger side of truck box floor still had small amounts of trash inside, gas needle barely touching the 1/2 full. when you state 1/2 full in your contract then the truck should damn well be 1/2 full of gasoline. mine was not exactly 1/2 tank full..

Plus aditional guidance on equipment since it was our first time moving. Will 100 % recommend this location.

Having rented from UHAUL just over a year ago, I was extremely impressed with the new digital checkout system which sent a text to my phone to activate an APP, which allowed me to take pictures of the truck to show minor scratches and dents I wanted noted. Awesome checkout process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.

JANELLE B.Truck literally had 15 miles it empty. We ended up needing to stop at a gas station right after pick up, which caused issue on timing, resulting in more money being spent on movers. We were credited 50 dollar and I do not think is this fair. We ended up paying 127,5 for the extra time wasted on U-Haul not having their crap together.

JACQUELYN J.IT IS NEAR AND ESAY TO GET RENTAL . THE PEOPLE WAS NICE AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND HE WENT WITH ME TO CHECK THE TRUCK WILL BE NICE AND EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE WITH IT. DEFINITELY I RECOMMEND IT. AND IT IS NOT EXPENSIVE.
