Uhaul never called to verify ANY of the reservations made. I had to cancel 1 reservation 3 different times just for it to show on the system. Piss poor service. No hand trucks or dollies available.

When I 1st scheduled it gave me one address. Then they sent a text to go to thus place. It didn't say to go inside Treasure cove it just gave an address. Very confusing. The lady was very nice and got me in and out.

Fix the address on Google. It doesn't mark the correct spot and since it is basically just a mobile outside “mall” it is difficult to find without the correct address. It made me late to drop it off bc I could not find it. It links to a abandoned gas station. Really annoying and I'm pissed I had to pay a late fee bc of your shoddy set up. Thanks so much for that.

No one there to even guide you thru the process, it's literally in a strip center that should have been demolished 20 years ago

The lady that worked there was not there, I had to wait one 10 minutes and she had no idea what she was doing. I ended up having to switch to a smaller trailer because she couldn't help with anything. It took about an hour just to get the thing. Then I was charged wrong so now I have to fucking call. I said no insurance charge and got charged twice for it. Fire that dumb bitch.

Have signs posted as to where the office is located in the mall and phone number posted.

Must have a Drop box I spent 35 min on the phone at the location with a uhaul representative trying to figure out where am I leaving the key. Wasted time. Other then that service was good very nice people at the location

Please install a drop box for a key return. Also ask the franchisee to leave a telephone number at the door so that they can be reached if someone arrives outside of 'normal' hours. Please post a visible sign for the business, indicating that it is a U-haul dealer. The business only displays a small sticker on the door. Customers need signage indicating where the office is located. The trucks and trailers are located at an extended distance from the office location.
