THOMAS CI chose to go to Ozona even though they didn't have the equipment I really wanted. The people in Ozona are fun, friendly, and helpful! The main San Angelo location is absolutely awful. Please do something to fix it. The people in San Angelo are terrible and mean.
Tate SNot open from noon Saturday until Monday morning. Have to use return app on smart phone. There really no other choice near here.
Edward SI paid for 2 dozen blankets, but the pickup location only provided 20. I returned 20 blankets and now I'm being charged for 4 missing blankets. Incompetence. I want those charges reversed.

CHARLES MIt cost me twice as much to rent from texas to go to Arkansas. If I started in Arkansas going to same location in texas would have cost half as much money.

Daryl KWe ordered a 26' foot truck, but upon arrival received a 20' truck and a 6' trailer. This was not suitable for our needs. Although the trailer was 6', it did not provide the same height as the 20' or 26' truck. Making an additional trip is very frustrating when you're moving 250 miles away; it adds an additional 500 miles round trip.
Michael Cthe box had 11 blown tires on wheels in it that I had to remove , rear tires were at the wear marks , and the engine light was on … they told me to just run it.

Richard BDid not hook lights up and there was no cord to ever hook them up. Inside was not cleaned out very well. Other than that all was good.

CINDY GEverything was terrific, including after hours pick up. Only problem was having to pick up from an alternate location other than the business address proper. However, Victoria was and is extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. Thank you ma'am! If I ever need said services out west again, Ozona will be my go to place for sure! Thanks Vic.
Kevin AI showed up and they had no record of my reservation etc. After about an hour they had a truck and trailer. I think uhaul needs to fix some stuff. I don't think it was Treto's fault

Larisa SCalled customer service to try to drop off in Junction, TX as opposed to Ozona, TX. Check the recording....the attendant was not helpful and tried to gouge me for an extra $120....don't think I every use U-haul again.
James JGet a larger selection of rental equipment-Trailers and trucks. Availability is limited, know it is a small town and rentals are slow; but, it would be nice if they had a better selection. Friendly staff and very easy to deal with.
