Tina MTruck was not available at the location I reserved online so we had to drive 90 minutes away to get this truck. Disappointed be the run around we seem to get when trying to pick up a rental. However, the people at this location were very nice and helpful.
Richard GAlthough, our own Insurance Coverage Plan would have Insured the Rental unit - we went ahead and got the U Haul Insurance Plan just to be safe (at an instance). Apart from all of this, the Trailers was used to haul and store little items for our ceremony we had for our beloved Grand-Daughter.

patty bWorst experience of my life. Car hauler tower was not at this location. Had to go 60 miles to get it. Then the truck transmission was faulty, and the Uhaul dealer who hooked up the car hauler didn't hook up the safety chains. Because I had to go slowly, a 6 hour trip took 9 hours.

Shawnda HIt would have been nice to have a clean windshield. The windshield also had a crack on the passenger side. It didn't interfere with the driver but was significant and should be replaced.

Helen SWhen I signed on with U-Haul I was assured a trailer would be near my residence near Scottsdale. The day prior to picking up the trailer, I was told I would need to travel approx. 160 miles round trip to pick up the trailer. I not only spent approx. 4 hours but also in excess of a 1/2 of tank of gas. There were several trailers at the site of the pickup which should have been moved to the Scottsdale area or simply redistributed. Better communication would do a great deal.
Patrick MThe Globe location was great but our original booking in Mesa was absolutely terrible!!! And the whole experience with Uhaul was terrible!!!! Booked three weeks in advance, received a call the day before that everything was all set, got to the Mesa location early was told that they would have the trailer in about 1 hour. Came back an hour later and they couldn't find our reservation and once they found the reservation we were told they did not have a trailer for us! And the staff there was extremely rude and unprofessional!!!!
Carlos CTruck cab was filthy spilt soda all over the place. Truck cab wreaked of smoke and there was dried food on top of the steering wheel. Showed the guys at the location I pick it up at and all he said was sorry. Did not even try to fix the issue. I had to clean the cab of the truck my self. I think I should be compensated in some way.

Leeann TI would really like to compliment the Globe U-Haul. The gentleman who worked there inspected the trailer very closely and found cupping on the tire. He had someone come and change the tire immediately. I really appreciate his close attention to detail. I felt confident and comfortable traveling to through the dessert knowing that the trailer we had was safe and reliable.

Bradley PNo improvement required. The people at the Tri-city location are extremely helpful and highly recommend them.
Wyatt TWhereas I marked that the equipment was clean, the windshield of the truck was extremely covered with the splatter of dead bugs. It was not simply a matter of wiping them of, rather I had to scrape and wipe. Also, if this would have been my truck, I would take it to the shop to have the front-in examined. The steering tended to wonder all over the road when driving.
Dom AVery customer oriented and polite. I called, reserved, picked up, and returned the trailer I rented with absolutely no hassle. I will use this location in the future and will recommend them as well.

Robert HJon was exceptional! He was fast and efficient with my UHaul experience! He hooked my trailer and explained how to back up with my trailer hooked and checked the lights. I made and paid for my rental online so I was in and out in a matter of minutes! His prices for the ball joint was better than Tractor Supply...I went there then went back and bought Jon's! He's not out to gouge anyone! Thank you Jon!
