Site closed for 3 days now sign no note. Had to call regional U-Haul person to get ahold of someone checked in 3 days after it was dropped off

Fast and easy to work with. It took me maybe 30 seconds to drop my truck and trailer off.

We dropped off the truck and keys the night before. We went back the next morning to see if they noticed that we dropped off the truck early and he said I haven't checked the truck in yet but if I have any one see any issue I have your information. All must have been okay because I wasn't contacted about any issues.

Difficult to contact location, even during posted business hours. Needed to follow up several times to get my equipment checked in appropriately

When nobody is at the site, I feel a bit uncertain it is all going to be checked in right, but we've returned trucks here twice and it was fine. Need to update phone number that is on the contract sheet.

Dropping off to this location was amazing and very helpful. The gentleman listened to my complaints and helped me contact customer service. He arranged so that I did not get charged to drop off my equipment at his location. He is representing your company phenomenally.

I dropped the truck off after hours and dropped the key and my contract into the box provided outside the office. Strupp Ave. is not well marked from Hwy 16. I would recommend a directions sign on Hwy 16 to get customers to the location.

I was very disappointed when I dropped the trailer off as instructed and then received two calls that I had not turned it in.

Drop off personal didn't care about my gas gage issue and was rude on the phone when I was trying to explain what happened. He also, didn't care about the windshield exterior weather strip, which I placed in the front passenger side floor.

The trucks gas tank was not full and I got charged for a full tank after using the Uhall truck.

Convenient location. Great communication. Filled out forms online and was in and out of there in a matter of minutes. Will definitely use again if needed!

I requested and paid for two furniture dollies, which weren't in the truck at the time of my online check-in and pick up. There was trash under the seats and in the cup holder which I had to clean out.

Give a little more time to return before the return time expires when calling for a return location. Was in route and stopped to fill up gas and time expired. Only went a couple miles. Overall great experience

Even tho the hours posted online & on their door said they were open, there ras nobody there, and thete was a Closed sign haning in the window.

Dolly straps were damaged, very difficult to get into ratchet. Gave me an incorrect drop off location even after I went back and told him it was incorrect did not change it and told me it would not be an issue. When I dropped it off they removed the charge for dropping off in the wrong place.

The vehicle had a check engine light on. I asked the gentleman about it and he said it was fine and if there was a problem uhaul would take care of me...great, but I don't want to break down. So, looking over the trucks mechanically before sending them out. I would also recommend vacuuming the dead bugs and crumbs out of the cabin. Other than that, it was a good experience.

As instructed in my contract, I called this location before dropping off a trailer. The call went to VM, but I received no call back before or after dropping off trailer at an unmanned site. This was on a weekday at 10:30am. This location was also somewhat difficult to get to.

this does not pertain to this specific pick up site. but the trailer that I had reserved and was guaranteed to be available at a different location, was in fact rented out the morning that I was supposed to pick it up, and had not been returned, leaving me to have to go to a different location to get what I needed.

Truck was dirty and not plowed out. I also rented a furniture dolly and it was not included.

Nothing. I had 1400 miles to travel and my biggiest concern were the tires. Thankfully, they looked almost new. Thanks. Mike the husband.

Equipment at this site needs maintenance. First trailer we tried had broken hitch, second one had no wiring, person in charge of rental was not helpful. Location was convenient.

I wish I had gotten instruction on the overhead door latch. The door got stuck with the latch jammed against the door jam. I nearly hurt myself forcing the door down. The design of that latch assembly is VERY poor and customers need to be warned and instructed.

Location was okay but wouldn't suggest after hour drop off if your trailer is heavy. It was hard getting it off the hitch.

Uhaul prices to high for local rental. Rented 15foot truck for 24 hours to do a short move. Less than 40 miles round trip and cost over $80 Not a happy customer and would not recommend using uhaul services of a any kind to my friends or family. Surprised and disappointed with high final bill.

The u-haul dealer did not use the location that we setup on line. The one he picked did not get me the discount that the one I selected would have. I told him to use the location in Huntsville and he didn't even try to find it.

This was a very small location that was not open (despite being told they would be) when I returned the truck. I parked out front, completed the on-line return, and dropped the key in the night box. Only three miles from the university. Worked well.

I really appreciate Travis and all of his help. I needed the truck on a holiday weekend and he fixed me right up with the truck I needed.

Originally scheduled to go to a different location. Once I got to the original location, they told me to go to this one instead. I was never informed of this.

Good selection of equipment, but was several miles more of a trip than where we had originally scheduled to drop off. Self check in app did not let us submit pictures and finish the process. The help line did their best but was unable to resolve issues with the app.

Dropping the truck off was a terrible experience. The drop-off location was changed - AFTER I was sent a confirming text for the location, and AFTER I tried to drop off the truck where I was supposed to. After a full day of moving, I did not want to deal with a location change AFTER I started the drop-off process. On-line texting was NOT helpful. Drop off location was on a dirt road.
