Staff at location very unfriendly. Called and asked about deposit and was cussed at and told to call U-Haul 800 number called number and was told the trailer was not returned there fire location did not return it when it was brought back was returned 3 days later when on phone with the 800 number asked to speak to supervisor and was left on hold and wasn't able to speak to supervisor will never use U-Haul again

BRUCE PI have absolutely no issue with the rental location. I have big problems with UHaul corporate canceling my reservations 3 times last week and messing up my pickup date. I'm a loyal customer and been tried very poorly by Uhaul. If there was another local truck rental option, I would have gone there instead.
SAGULABHAT BThis was the best experience I ever had with a U-Haul. The man at the front desk was so nice and accommodating and made everything so much easier for my move. It was honestly stress free compared to my other times renting a uhaul from other locations. I can't recommend enough

Miguel AMake sure to check fuel level apon return from customers. Only apon filling it up when I was done did i realize the tank wasn't filled when I picked it up, I knew for sure becuase there were 3 more lines on the gauge then when i picked it up. Otherwise everything else was great. Frank was great and helped me get out the door within 5-10mins of arriving. Thanks
Peter SThe location was fine. U-haul email and phone set was terrible. They changed location the night before my pick up and did not notify me. If it wasn't for a courtesy call from the dealer, I would have gone to the wrong place. When I called the Newburgh office number upset that I wasn't notified, poorly trained customer service guy Nick couldn't handle an upset customer and hung up on me. Feel free to pull the tapes.
