I had rented moving pads and they were not in the truck and the fuel was so low that I had to buy gas before i went anywhere!

The only thing that went wrong , the person that took all my information for the rental got everything wrong but my phone number. Luckily a txt with the confirmation number was sent to my phone. From there they were able to rent me the Uhale that was reserved for me. Everything turn out ok. I just don't understand how they got all my information wrong?

JAYME PThey didn't have any of the packaging supplies that I ordered they didn't have anything at all except for the blankets. I had to wait for the person who's in charge of the U-Haul to get there and we had to walk across to another location and walk back and took forever to get the lock undone was just terrible. But the cost was great very surprised I had it for three days and the cost was wonderful

Kent FThe vehical hauler was not wide enough for the truck I was trying to haul, so pretty much spent gas goibg back and forth cost for uhaul trailer for nothing, had to get a tow truck , please make wider trailers and or tow dollys

James CI rented the truck to be dropped off on Huntsville, took me almost 3 hours and 3 Uhaul locations that were closed to finally I had to drive all the way to Trinity TX. Not aceptable.

SILVIA BWould not help attach or unload. Robin was rude and not willing to help. Also was not able to pick up trailer at 1:00 be cause I cold not lift trailer to hitch and had to wait until 6PM to pick up until brother to help me at 6PM. Returned trailer at 1:15pm. 1 day early. She would not refund day. Had to. All main office
TUESDAY FIt was fine. no improvements needed.
