They did not have the size of Uhaul I reserved so I ended up with a smaller one. I was offered a trailer to pull behind it also but I did not trust myself doing so. Because it was smaller than expected, we could not move all our furniture plus had to make two more trips with our car to get the rest of the smaller stuff.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. I called over a money issue that they owe me $100 and she was the rudest person I have ever talked to in my life. She would not listen to me what so ever. She didn't care what I had to say, seemed like she was annoyed she was talking to me and too busy to talk to me. I just moved to wahoo and thought the people here would be nice. I was WRONG and will NOT ever use this location again. EXTREMELY upset with my services and the loss of $100!!!!!!
