Location is on open grass as if lost land. My reservation was with blankets but no blankets in the trunk and no one available to ask. I'm Uhaul customer for a long time. But next time, I'll not make reservations online. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Choose a different location. The GPS took us the wrong way and there's a Uhaul facility just down the road... the location was muddy and there was a huge hole that would damage any smaller car

I wanted to report an issue with the U-Haul truck I rented. It was making a strange noise that had me worried it would break down on the highway. I'm not sure if it was the transmission or something else, but it definitely needs to be checked out. The door was not locked.

Drove by location because there are no clear signs and it's just a field. Everything had to be done over the phone, they were nice but it was still a pain. Since there was no one on site, there was no one to look over the vehicle, etc. When we got the vehicle, we took pictures of the gas gauge before we left and when we returned. We picked it up with 1/4 tank of gas, we had to fill it to ensure we would make it to our destination. We brought it back with exactly the same amount of gas. Thank goodness we took pictures because they charged us $31 for gas. I'm trying to get a refund now.

it was in a field no store front. it was dark when we returned the van and I was concerned about animals and snakes being in the grass, not safe

People at this location were very helpful and nice! I am just wondering why was I charge 0,89 per miles when I pay normally in other locations 0,79? Also the picture I took when I return the truck was on 70916 and I was charge on 70917 , I know it's only an extra mile but with 10cents more per mile an extra mile makes a difference! Regards

The app pickup is a great idea but the pickup i had took me to a grass lot with 2 banner flags. The ap then told me i was in the wrong place. Called support and they said i was about 0,6 miles from the lot i was supposed to be in. went the did the online check in but my truck wasn't there , had to go back to the grass lot to find the truck. then on the return i had to enter all drop off info again at the other storage lot then drive the truck after i had checked it in back down to the grass lot. this was ridicules and i would have been better of waiting the hour to just rent form the storage lot.

The Customer service was absolutely horrible... Instead of the Truck being at the location that I scheduled from it was paked down the street. WE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COULDNT GET THE RIGHT HELP. WE ENDED UP LEAVING THE TRUCK BECAUSE WE COULDNT FIND THE KEYS. AS WE WERE GOING HOME WE GET A PHONE ASKING US IF WE WERE IN THE TRUCK AND I STATED NO AND THE PERSON STATED THAT IT SHOWS THAT YOU CONFIRMED YOU GOT IT .. I STATED HOW WHEN DONT HAVE THE KEYS... WE LEFT THERE EMPTY HANDED BUT WAS STILL BEING CHARGE BUT THERE WAS THE OWNER OF THE TRUCK WHO KINDA OF SMOOTH SOMETHINGS OUT BUT THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE...

Tell them to have 4wheel drive to get on the property. Then be prepared to check the vehicle yourself. My hitch was improperly put on.

How you can improve is, Get the size of my uhaul CORRECT and clean it please. Also, do you believe in Jesus? He loves you, He is alive and well. He died for our sins and rose on the third day, He is on His way back, cling to Him and spread the Good News that HE IS INDEED ALIVE!!!! Jesus LOVES YOU!!!!!!!! AMEN AND THANK YOU GOD
