Wait was over an hour for pick up. We are to receive a credit. Charged for blankets we did not get. Personnel did not know how to get us the U-Haul and had to wait for someone to come. We had already checked in online.

Doug D.Why the need for so many phone contact numbers u haul? Is u-haul selling contact info ? The dealer has to follow u-haul rules but come on I bought your insurance, you got my money . Just what I need is more scammers calling every phone number I had to divulge. But thanks to my local dealer.
Edward P.First transaction declined and the U-Haul system was not resetting even after customer service attempted to cancel original orders and I placed two new re-orders. Very frustrating when my mobile app would always take me back to the original Declined transaction. I would even log out and log back in while on the phone with Des Moines customer service. I was one and a half hours late from my initial departure. Very frustrating!!!

Bart K.We set the pick-up a week in advance but when we arrived Triple M hadn't done their part. There was no truck set up and we could not get a hold of anyone there. We contacted the number on our reservation and they tried getting a hold of them but NOBODY would answer. It was a VERY cold day and snow was setting in so we were up against that as well as having a full crew to help us move. We were offered an option to pick up another truck 40 miles away, which we did not due to the weather. We were finally able to get a truck at Triple M three hours later.

They lied to me when I reserved it saying the cost would be $193 + 5! When I went to pick it up the cost was $380 including deposit! Uhaul sucks, never again!

Thought I had a burnt bulb problem - she was quick to help, but it turned out my vehicle didn't sense the LED lights and thought the bulbs were out, but everything was working fine. Easy pickup and drop off.

Marek V.The trip from Iowa Falls to Davenport went fine. Once we dropped trailer off in Davenport we were informed that the trailer was not hooked up correctly and the component that is supposed to be tightened to the ball of the hitch was not. The guy said we could have been killed and other motorists as well if trailer would have come unhitched. Unbelievable!!!!!
