John GMy reservation at Uhaul BelAir was moved to Uhaul Semmes without letting me know. Why not advise the customer of this change ahead of time so we can go straight to the right location ? All 3 staff at Trooper Pawn and Gun LLC (Semmes) were very helpful and friendly. Fixing a low tire pressure issue on the spot before departure. Recommended !

JOSEPH MThe Uhaul representative didn't have a good attitude. He acted as though we didn't belong in his store. He made us feel very uncomfortable when we entered his store. I would NEVER visit his store for a rental or other products. He needs to learn how to deal with customers that you looked different than him.

Peggy HAfter filling out online information and conducting the online check in...it made it a very simple process and drop off was effortless . This location definitely needs some utility Dolly's....they didn't have any for the customers. No fault of their own. 5/5 rating.

Wendy ADropped off truck on afternoon (3:45pm) of day it was rented. Trooper Pawn & Gun was closed even though Saturday hours were listed as 9am-6pm!
Stacy DChecking my banking balance I saw the U-HAUL undue charge of $189,9 (two times is the correct amount). I contracted a 15' Moving Van last Saturday 2/21. Pickup 10:43am and drop off 5/22 10:00am. Order #10978029 I do not agree with the invoice sent and debited from my card (see attached). I agree to the additional payment of 9 miles more than the initial condition, changing from $91,86 to $94.26. I request appropriate adjustments and a refund of payment. Paul DI will never get a U-Haul from this place again they screwed me over so bad. I turned my key in and the dolly into them that same night and they didn't check the truck in until like 2 weeks later and then try to charge me for all that and charge me for stuff that I had nothing to do with. Again I will never ever get a truck from them again and I will tell people not to get a truck from them either they're crooked.
Melissa MIve rented a trailer twice now, and both times I was extremely happy with Troopers customer service and the trailers were in great shape.
