While the location itself was fine it was a considerable distance from my preferred pickup location which was a bit of a pain. Pickup was quick, easy no hassle

Spoke with employee who confirmed this and maintained that the charges should not have been added. I was charged 94,61 over what I should have been charged and have been trying to dispute issue with Uhaul but no one can help me.
Vincent PerryPlease don't lying to the customer. Checkbthe fuel & vehicle right there infront of customer while he returning the vehicle. Don't charge extra later and justifying that there was 40+ dollar fuel charges for driving 9 to 10 miles. Very very unsatisfied with the service.

MATTHEW GOODEThe truck I rented was clean but was falling apart. Drivers side door arm rest was gone. The drivers side door window opener was broken and would fall off when trying to open the window. The truck had trouble shifting into drive. There was no visor on the drivers side. If I wasn't on a moving deadline I would've cancelled my reservation, and I've been using U-Haul for years.

Victoria EubankMy # is 727-480-4628. I got a truck with 3/4 of a tank, was told it had a full tank, I called Diego the associate that checked me out know, he said no problem, just fill to 3/4. I drove 42 miles, I put 7 gallons in the truck. When checking out I was told I will be charged for the less than full tank. Manager said I should have taken a picture of the gauge??? also told me people lie to us all the time. Just bad customer service at Tropical storage in Clearwater FL

Charles FonshellPlease make sure you take a picture of the truck or whatever you rent from them at drop off. Also take a picture of the gas tank and the mileage. I had to deal with them charging me extra for the gas. Eventually they accepted their mistake and refund some of the extra charges. But it would have been nice if they had been more educated and polite during the process. Definitely won't go back to them.

cheri gardnerThe truck was not in good shape. Gas at less than 1/4! I said it had 1/4 before realizing it was on a hill. Then there was no dolly as ordered had to go down the road to get a dolly, adding mileage and using gad. Rediculous. Took nearly an hour out of our time to move! No I hight DO NOT recommend this at all!!!

It's simple, make available equipment that works and if the equipment doesn't work, refund that person's money and pay for the damages. Or just continue profiting with garbage equipment and see how long that lasts before an app replaces Uhaul.

Steve StoneVery little or no after service customer service from both this location as well as on the phone and e-mail. I was incorrectly charged for fuel surcharge and fuel shortage although the agent that took my keys said my fuel was ok - I was concerned that the fuel level changed after I parked on the grass and if I should go and get more gas. She mentioned that everyone had the same concerns after they parked on the grass. After waiting for more than 1 hour on the phone, the agent answering said I called the wrong customer service and after telling her that I have been waiting for over an hour, still transferred me and gave me the correct number in case I got disconnected. I eventuality got disconnected again while the recording kept repeating that the wait will be over an hour. I have now gotten 3 bounced emails from the email link on my receipt and there was no link or option for Chat although the recording said go online and use chat or email. Unbelievable
