First we told to drop at one location when we got there the signs said not to drop at that location the when we arrived at the different location the customer service representative had a big chip on her shoulder. Drop off was not a good experience.

Linda GardnerI had a one way rental … I dropped off after hours. HOWEVER, the text I got told me to drop off at a walnut st location in Troy, Al. I went there only to find it was a storage unit place with a sign taped to a pole saying do not drop a truck here with the correct location typed on the paper…. Very frustrating at 8:30 at night after moving all day.

John RichardsThe App sends you to a location that has no drop box or signage. Then, AFTER the app allows check in you are left to search the entire self storage area for an 11' x 8 1/2" piece of paper that directs you to another address to drop off the rental. Completely ruined what should have been a pleasant experience.

Alana WhiteI had reserved a 20' truck and a car hauler and when I got to the location they informed me that the the truck was not there yet but was scheduled to be in by 9:30am and they would give me a call when it comes in. At 12:30pm they call and told me now that the truck will not be there for a few days so I had to take a smaller truck and leaving 1000's of dollars worth furniture and equipment behind. SO YES IM NOT TO HAPPY WITH MY RENTAL FROM UHAUL

Donald HarvilleThe main check-in place could have used a little more space to park. It became congested really fast with people parking just anywhere and uhaul trucks coming in parking wherever they could fit. At least one of the very nice ladies that worked there started rearranging uhauls shortly after opening.

Brian JohnsonI appreciate the overall quality of service. The rep was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They worked with us in loosening restrictions in regards to the return of the vehicle. Improvements to consider: Not charging an extra fee for not returning the U-haul to the original pickup site.

Kimberly ThompsonThis is not an actual drop off address. It is only a storage unit location. When I arrived there, no one was available to ask for assistance. There is no office there. I called the U-haul 800 number, and waited on hold for about 20 minutes before I finally gave up. I then called another location in the area, and they were able to take the trailer return. This whole debacle cost me a wasted hour on a day that time was very important. Please correct this issue so that others do not experience this same misfortune.
