This truck stop didn't seem like it was a u-haul related space at all. The staff did not have answers to my questions about dropping the vehicle off early. They were nice, though.

Location was at a gas station. They were extremely rude and working out of their personal vehicle to take payments. Wanted to charge for an extra although the truck was returned on time. When I got the uhaul it was not clean had to throw away things that were left behind by someone else. The person who was in charge of the uhaul wanted me to "keep" the keys to the truck and they would charge an additional day. When I did not need. I do not recommend this location at all very unprofessional dirty location bad customer service.

Drop off location was filthy. Attendant was slow to respond to us. Seemed to want someone else to handle us. Went to the truck, did not know how to check mileage with buttons, I showed him. I told him all about the tire, but was under the impression that he did not really care.

I made a reservation for the trunk rental showed up at the site and was on my in less than 15 minutes.

Why was I charged $1,09 per mile when I was under 30 miles on the travel and I left it with mor gas than I received it.

I ordered the truck and a coworker could not pick it up, I had to cancel the order and re-order in my coworker's name and pay with my credit card when my coworker could have paid with his CC and set it up while he was at this location. The truck was all that was available, I ordered a two wheeled dolly, flat furniture dolly and 3 doz blankets, none were available at this location.

This location was great! The guy at this location was very helpful! He gave us information to drop off equipment at his location and made sure we got receipts. He is the best!!

The attendant was very nice and helpful to back the truck out of a mud spot the previous renter left the truck in. The attendants at this truck stop always check you in and out, which is very helpful.

Provide a clean vehicle. The cargo back of the 26' was full of dust, dirt and mud. Some of my furniture was affected by the nastiness. Also, the fuel gage reading was totally off once I read the contract. I have a pic of the fuel gage upon leaving the pick up spot and it was no way 3/4 full. Barely over 1/2. My surprise I was charge an additional $23 for fuel shortage when I returned with more gas on the gage than when i picked up.

Next time, Fill up the truck to the appropriate fill line and when people do put gas in there, it doesn't got to be exactly on the fine point. My truck was only at 1/4 of a tank and when I left it, I put it on 1/4 of a tank but they tried charging me $40+ for the fuel charge. Still got charged $7 for just 2 gallons. Just stick with a U-haul llocation.

Insurance coverage was changed on me without my knowledge. When I returned the vehicle I had to go back outside to take pictures of the fuel level and mileage for them with my cellphone before they would accept the keys. Asked for a receipt and I was told I would get one through email. Receipt was received the following day. Will use another company next time.
