I dropped off the truck during non-business hours and the instructions for drop off and the key box location was very helpful. The location was perfect because it's close to a Cat scale and a gas station.

PATRICK COOPERSupposed to be able to drop off at much more convenient location however they wouldn't take the truck. Second drop location was in a heavy industrial area and unbeknownst to me not open. Not a safe are for most people. Very dirty with 0 accommodations or resources. Very disappointing.

Josu AmuchasteguiIt took almost 30 minutes to get through to the main computer system and get a contract issued. That's not top-flight IT. We got our trailer and the local folks were nice enough. They just couldn't get a screen from corporate for an irritatingly long time. That's C-minus stuff.

CHARLES ROBERTSIt wasn't the location that was the problem, it was the cooperate rep that kept changing the pick up and drop off location last minute. I was actually walking in the door of the 1st place I contacted when the local rep called and changed the pick up location and then changed the drop off location during the rental. Not good customer service.

Matthew MootsHad issues with site recognizing my location on GPS. I wasn't able to pick up the truck. There was no one to physically speak with. Had to call customer service till it worked. It took about an hour from original reservation time to finally get the keys to use the truck.

JIM BROOKSDelivery was a week late and communication on the uhaul website was misleading. The job stated done and I was charged for the job two weeks before it was done. Uhaul didn't know which site it was delivered to and couldn't find it for a day. The recommended movers online an hour away notified me the day before delivery the delivery address was out of their area. No other movers in this area so I had to find one an hour and a half away to do the job. Very frustrating working with uhaul this move! I'll use another company next time.

Kaitlin BartleyI called earlier in the day and when I spoke to the owner and he gave me a time to drop by to pick up a trailer. I set the reservation up with his other location to streamline the process. When I showed up, the owner was nowhere to be found. I called his cell number since it was on a sign on the door. He told me that he didn't know I reserved it and he would be back shortly. I waited another 40 minutes for him to show up. I was there for over an hour and it wasted too much of my time. I expect people to be where they are supposed to be when they're supposed to be there. I understand unforeseen circumstances, but having lunch isn't one of them.
JESSIE SALAZAROriginal truck had a hole drilled I to gas tank. I brought it to a different location that was open. Exchanged for a 26 foot at no charge. Took a while to get the original code to get the key to the truck which cost me an extra 2 hours with the truck exchange that was pretty frustrating, but Marc did everything he could to help once I called him. Uhaul 1800 number wasnt able to help me.
