ROZINA BROOKSProvide clean trucks. The truck made a lot of noise from breaks to just general "squeaking" while driving. Windshield wipers did not clear rain off to well and it was hard to see driving in the rain at night.

HALEY BOXMy only complaint is that the after hours key drop location is hidden around the back/side of the building. A small sign by the front entrance directing us there would be helpful.
Charles NiskiNot a whole lot. This was the cleanest U-Haul truck that I have gotten this year, and I've gotten at least six - not all from this location. I do want to take a minute to acknowledge a gentleman that I encountered on pickup of the U-Haul. I did not catch his name, but this gentleman obviously loved his job. he had a smile on his face the entire time, he was very cordial and conversational, and he was very engaging. Again, I don't know his name, but he was a younger (mid 30s?) black gentleman wearing some wild gold lens sunglasses. That guy needs a bonus. The other guy, literally told the super helpful gentleman to stop trying to be so helpful, because the customers are going to try to take advantage of it (while standing in front of me, a customer). That guy looked like he was having a bad day, but as a business owner myself, never talk poorly about the customer-while standing in front of the customer.

PHILIP PETERSONReserved a truck in Lecanto, but no truck there at pickup time. They just tried to brush me off, After some insistence, I got them to call and find another truck in Crystal River. Reserved that one but when got there the truck was not working. They offered me a large truck which at this point I had to take. The larger truck got the job done but cost more in gas and was harder to drive. Neither Lecanto or Crystal River seemed to think it was their fault- they took no ownership and had no sense of helping the customer . Very disappointed with Uhaul after this experience.
Terry WeaverThe return process was difficult, time consuming, and frustrating. Several features of the website did not work properly (location could not be found and hung the app, and pictures would not upload). That app needs work! All other aspects were great.

Lori Taylororiginally they had us delivering the trailer at another location. when we arrived they were closed at 3 pm. we called and the owner was not nice and said he was closed for the summer. he was not helpful at all. you should NOT let him allow to rent anything with u-haul name. the address was: 9472 South Suncoast Blvd Homosassa Fl 34446

RON MULLERThis suggestion is for corporate, not the individual location... When I specifically ask for the full overall dimensions via online chat, and am sent a link to a "schematic" drawing of the vehicle - it would be GREATLY beneficial to inform us about the wheel wells - which OBLITERATED my ability to take advantage of the full width of the truck to move my large/wide items. I ended up having to make additional trips over that which I had hoped for, in order to accommodate the difference in space.
