Clean and maintain vehicles better.

EDGAR BLocation was good, people were nice and helpful, trailer was not in condition to be towed 2 of 4 tires were dry rotting and I ended up having a blowout on the highway. Roadside assistance helped and got a new wheel on it. Still needs another tire asap. Brakes needed to be serviced which made slowing down annoying as it kept surging and it basically felt like getting rear ended when the trailer brakes would engage/disengage.
Chayton MTrailer was located in a field, which after some rain was wet & muddy. As we were trying to hook it up, we were attacked by FireAnts and bitten on our legs. Trailer was not hooked up properly by attendant, which caused chains to drag on the pavement as soon as the trailer was loaded with weight forward instructions. As soon as we noticed this we had to get rope to tie chains up off the concrete and eliminate the wear.

Robert FWe rented a large truck to move office furniture. We were satisfied staff and cleanliness of the truck. Office staff was friendly and polite.
ROZINA BProvide clean trucks. The truck made a lot of noise from breaks to just general "squeaking" while driving. Windshield wipers did not clear rain off to well and it was hard to see driving in the rain at night.

HALEY BMy only complaint is that the after hours key drop location is hidden around the back/side of the building. A small sign by the front entrance directing us there would be helpful.
Charles NNot a whole lot. This was the cleanest U-Haul truck that I have gotten this year, and I've gotten at least six - not all from this location. I do want to take a minute to acknowledge a gentleman that I encountered on pickup of the U-Haul. I did not catch his name, but this gentleman obviously loved his job. he had a smile on his face the entire time, he was very cordial and conversational, and he was very engaging. Again, I don't know his name, but he was a younger (mid 30s?) black gentleman wearing some wild gold lens sunglasses. That guy needs a bonus. The other guy, literally told the super helpful gentleman to stop trying to be so helpful, because the customers are going to try to take advantage of it (while standing in front of me, a customer). That guy looked like he was having a bad day, but as a business owner myself, never talk poorly about the customer-while standing in front of the customer.
Charles NCharged for extra day for being 3 hours late? For an after hours drop off. You could not have rented the unit until the next morning anyway?

Juan Ginside of truck was dirty, fastener for pull down door very difficult to latch. the vehicle was difficult to manage on the road
Shellia SWas overcharged for a three day rental, if I would have never called about it they would have never fixed the issue. Currently still waiting for my refund.
Lateria NTruck cab was dirty and there was a 5 mile discrepancy from the mileage I was charged and what was on the truck. People were nice and knowledgeable
PHILIP PReserved a truck in Lecanto, but no truck there at pickup time. They just tried to brush me off, After some insistence, I got them to call and find another truck in Crystal River. Reserved that one but when got there the truck was not working. They offered me a large truck which at this point I had to take. The larger truck got the job done but cost more in gas and was harder to drive. Neither Lecanto or Crystal River seemed to think it was their fault- they took no ownership and had no sense of helping the customer . Very disappointed with Uhaul after this experience.
Terry WThe return process was difficult, time consuming, and frustrating. Several features of the website did not work properly (location could not be found and hung the app, and pictures would not upload). That app needs work! All other aspects were great.

Lori Toriginally they had us delivering the trailer at another location. when we arrived they were closed at 3 pm. we called and the owner was not nice and said he was closed for the summer. he was not helpful at all. you should NOT let him allow to rent anything with u-haul name. the address was: 9472 South Suncoast Blvd Homosassa Fl 34446

NANCY Mtruck was nasty and not cleaned. had something spilled and sticky all over floor of truck. dash was nasty and smelled of smoke really bad. back of truck had lots of dirt as well. I had to clean it before I put my stuff in it
