Location very small and looks run down. No personnel at site. Had to check in truck remotely but the uhaul app was not working at the time.

Getting the uhaul was more of a pain in the but then it should've been with the web site. The truck was dirty inside the cab and box part. And returning the truck didn't have clear instructions on what to do with the keys. Afterwords the next day a rep called me and asked about if we returned the truck on time. She was snobby and hung up the phone at the end of the conversation without saying anything. Just bye. And click.

I would not recomend this location for a drop off ! when i arrived location look deserted , office was locked no around the building. looked in the window it look vacant! stuff was covered with packing blankets, windows had cardboard covering them, called number on the contract , person said they would be there in 10 min, it was a half hr. while waiting read reviews about this location , not very good reports. when the guy finally got there he ck the truck out and ask if I wanted a receipt Email to me , i replied i would like a paper receipt, he had to go to his car and get his laptop because the computer in the building would not print it , the building was cold no heat, it took another 15- 20 to get the receipt the truck ran fine no issues with truck.

The U-Haul box was dirty and not swept out. Anytime I've rented a U-Haul the damage was marked by stickers. This U-Haul has been beat quite a bit, and the side skirt is bent in quite a bit. None of the damage was marked. Making me spend extra time taking photos just in case they tried charging me for it. The app didn't let me confirm to make sure the fuel was marked correctly, so I took a photo. After returning the U-Haul they tried charging me $35 for fuel. Come to find out they said it had 3/4 tank of fuel when it didn't. So I had to contact U-Haul to resolve the discrepancy. Something minor like that made me feel like they don't have integrity. This location is so convenient and close to where I'm moving from next week. I will drive across town way out of my way and pay the extra miles from a different rental U-Haul because of what they did. It may seem like something small but just imagine how many other people they done that to that didn't say anything. Will definitely let friends and family to stay away from there. Unfortunately their name says "trust" but you really can't trust them!

This was the absolute worst experience with uhaul. I probably won't ever rent again just because of my recent experience. I rented the truck from Ahmed at Trust Auto Sales in Mishawaka. I had a reservation and quoted at $80 and he cancelled it and had me pay over $100. Not only that, I arrived at 8:54 am for my "reserved" truck just for Mr Ahmed arrived after 10:00am. Called Ahmed's phone, multiple times at that, just to be told 5 more minutes. There were multiple people that showed up and left because Ahmed was still not there. Upon returning rental, Mr Ahmed was once again late. I was waiting approximately another hour for him. He stated that the gas wasn't filled where it was before rental. Stated that if I didn't pay the amount for the fuel reimbursement that he wasn't going to close my contract. I then notified customer service which they allowed the contract to close. I probably won't rent again, but hey, you live and you learn.

This location has no1 working there everything’s done off your phone the told me a price and charged me triple what they said supposed to be like 66 bucks end up being 200 and still no response from them definitely wouldn’t recommend
