I spent more time trying to get my uhaul trailer then actually using the trailer. They had to supposedly redo my appointment then the price went up. Once I got the trailer the brakes kept locking up after stops and the hold downs for the fronts didn't work. I had to buy straps just to use the trailer. Very disappointed in this whole experience.

When I walked into the office no one was at the front desk. I yelled "hello" with no response. I walked behind the desk and down a hallway. Finally someone came out from a back room and told me to park the rental behind the building. There was absolutely no room to park the 26' truck and the dolly. I had to send my wife back in to once again track someone down to get vague instructions on where to park. No one bothered to come outside to show us where to park. The person simply told us to drop the keys in the box outside when we were done. On top of the poor service I received a fuel bill. Not sure why when I left the rental with a quarter tank but when I'd left my departure sight, I was given half that amount.

Spend 1 hr on the phone with IT cause it would not work. While troubleshooting my party of helpers canceled because I took to long to get the truck cause your APP was not working. Then the 10 ft. Has a spot to use a ramp which u-haul does not rent or have at all. Only the 15 ft has ramp, which was not known until after the fact.

Fire the CEO and fire the exec that runs the franchise organization. Before that company enhancement takes place these two people should be required to drive one of these inadequately maintained pos across the US. My guess is there will be need to fire either one as they will willing resign.

I'm done using Uhaul. It took almost 40 min to "check in" which I didn't realize needed to happen by CALLING two people at 5AM to VERIFY myself. Too bad I wasn't told to BRING a PASSPORT. I guess I could have CALLED my employer at 5AM, but that seemed more trouble than it was worth. Then the dollies and padding I PAID FOR wasn't in the truck. Then when we got to Phoenix the staff there accused us of not refilling the gas EVEN THOUGH I WAS NEVER REQUIRED TO TAKE A PHOTO OF THE GAS GAUGE BEFORE DRIVING. You still charged me for "going 7 miles over" even though I had rented the truck for TWO DAYS not based on mileage and I didn't even get a full refund for the dollies and padding. You guys are the worst, I will not be using Uhaul again, I'd rather drag my stuff through the desert on foot.

Your people are sending my check for the deposit to the wrong address it back to Ripley Mississippi and I can’t get you to send it to the right address here in Tucson where I am you need to improve on that

I was indicated a drop off point only to receive an early phone that I had left the equipment at at a wrong place even it was indicated as appropriate by uhaul store I rented from.
