While this location was a nice place to pick up a U-Haul truck, it was not the place I chose. I had to drive many miles away from my home to go pick up this truck and then drive all the way to Lake Lake Elsinore to pick up the trailer just so it can be taken to Arizona
Shawn MI can't think of a thing, as far as this location is concerned. There's a good variety of equipment, and the person was nice, quick, and efficient. I highly recommend this location.

rey cI was originally supposed to pick up at the Uhaul off of Jefferson in Murrieta CA. I had this reservation for 2 months and then the day before got a phone call telling me I had to drive out of my way to pick up at a different spot because they did not have the trailer I had reserved for months at their location. The location I had to pick up at was wonderful but I am not happy with the day before change. When I called and asked if there was anything they could do to get the trailer I wanted at the location I wanted to pick it up at I was rudely told that I could either go out and get it at the new location or they would cancel my reservation. If I was giving that experience a rating it is getting 0 stars as it was rude and unbelievable to know they were unprepared.

Rodolfo MOur drop off location was changed once and when we arrived at the second location they were closed when they were supposed to be open. A U-Haul operator gave us a third location, when we got there they were full. He sent us back to the second location and it was in an area that I could not receive mobile signal and could not mobile drop. I had to call the owner and have them check the trucked back in. Loads of unnecessary driving and used valuable time.
Linda KI don't think there's much to improve on the lady who assisted me I think her name was Dawn was very knowledgeable, very courteous, and overall pleasant to talk to. She was very helpful and nothing negative to say about her whatsoever.

Chad LThe only suggestion I have is to place a few directional signs indicating where to drop off equipment being returned, which the manager said she is planning to do. She was very pleasant and efficient in accepting the trailer I was dropping off.
