Brian BImprove communication between Uhaul Hub and pickup location. I chose an alternate drop-off and a dolly so I could get a rebate on my rental and the pickup location had no idea about it other than the two pieces of equipment I was taking. Also frustrating that they mileage they wanted to give me didn't include my trip to the actual location I was moving too until I said something. Don't even wanna start on the return. That location is way too small to handle larger vehicles to be returned after hours. The website for returning was super clunky and everytime I backed out of taking a photo I had to retake ALL photos. I rate the entire experience overall a 73/100

Holly FSeveral issues at location when signing up started in Garner. I was looking to rent a van, but a 10' truck was reserved. Neither of the 2 estimates agreed with my original van request. The day of pickup I had two vans reserved at different locations. I ended up talking to way to many places: a different local office, Regional and Corporate. Kept getting bounced between offices because of the longer length of time, 2 weeks. Known issues were not disclosed before leaving, burn hole in driver seat and torn floor mat at left rear door. Right rear door was hard to close. Very annoying wind noise coming from between the drivers side door and frame body. I could not locate it by putting a small towel at top of the door. Seemed like the window was down a few inches, but looked closed. No automatic dome light came on when doors opened, but found a manual switch after several days. Some doors seem to not all lock from driver door? I had to pull out the manual to set the clock time. Hugh gas tank saved filling up at many places along the way.

Christopher HThe fuel tank was a little over half full when i picked it up. I put 22 gallons in upon return for 31 miles. Thats not right but i didnt want to get dinged for $4,05 a gallon gas. Otherwise the rental went as planned. I will not use this location again!

Jacob MI made the reservation on line. It said 89 cents per mile. I changed it to another day the system did not indicate a price change. Bait and switch!! I got there with my moving crew and they said it would be 1,19 per mile. $24 more than indicated. The guy said he was the area manager and there was nothing he could do. Honesty is the cornerstone of good business. The transmission was on its last leg in the truck. So NO due ro the dishonesty I would not go back

Lars KWe arrived 10 minutes early for our 24/7 reservation that had been made 4 weeks ago, clicked the "ready to pick up" link, and the website said that equipment hadn't been assigned for our reservation. We followed the employee to the door when she arrived for the morning, but she locked it behind her. We knocked several times and finally called the location and she let us in. Then we waited another 30 minutes while she couldn't log into her computer, told us that she knew for a fact that all 24/7 reservations had been prepared the night before, and had a 20-minute phone call with her manager while we stood there. Thankfully there was still a truck at the location that the manager finally assigned to us over the phone. This kind of reservation is so often made for very important, life-impacting events, and your system should be better.

The man that connected the trailer to me was super upbeat, very friendly, and made sure I was taking very good care of. That's why I keep coming back to that same location on Highway 50 in Garner.
Donald RThe owner is a racist bigot! She evicted me from the storage due to a U-Haul truck issue that had nothing to do with U-Haul. She restricted my hours to 9-5 even though I explained those were my working hours. She didn't care and altogether disabled my entry code! DO NOT RENT STORAGE OR A IHAUL FROM THIS FACILITY!! Owner is the devil and very UNPROFESSIONAL!! The worst experience ever!!! !

Being pregnant and having to completely move out of 2 very full storage units was very stressful but your staff really made it much easier and convenient for us and we are so grateful. It makes us rethink if we are making the right decision to move out of the south back to the north. You just don't find this type of kindness anywhere else. The problem we had was with the owner/manager who let us know it was her way or the highway even though she was absolutely wrong. She reminded us of a rich greedy b-t-h. In some cases some people will never be happy. If she is so successful she needs to hire a general manager and get out of the spotlight.
