Kent CollinsThe truck was a total piece of junk. It made a high-pitched, annoying sound for the two days we rented the truck. We took it to a U-Haul outlet to check out the sound, and they said they could find nothing wrong, other than the trucks aren't geared to travel more than 55 miles an hour. Dealing with U-Haul from start to finish was a total disaster. DO NOT RENT FROM U-HAUL!!!!

Robert GreenMake sure the truck is clean before pick up. The back of the truck was dirty and the seating area was also quite bad.

JARED WILSONThey also charged my card twice for supplies. I've been contacting them (800 number, email local #) for weeks. An email even contacted the store manager telling them to refund and it's been over a week more phone calls that they don't answe (local) and still NO REFUND. Clack location used to be our go to but never again.
Cathy ChisholmThe local Uhaul owners and staff were very helpful but what they said would happen did not happen. U-Haul is trying to scam me for $842 that I was told I would not be charged. In addition my household goods were destroyed because I had to leave my entire home inside a 26 foot U-Haul in 105° weather and then and stormy weather while it rained into the truck. Most of my things are molded now. This is U-Haul's fault. I hope you hear something positive from you all very soon or I will take further action.

Donnie HesterI paid in advance for a 24/7 15foot truck with pickup time of 1030pm arrived truck was there but unable to contact anyone until midnight and was told I would have to wait until next day, this caused me to have to rent a hotel room for the night. On top of that a storm came in and my son who just graduated from the university had much of his personal belongings damaged while in the truck horrible experience all around. From start to finish this was the worst of any moves with uhaul I have ever had and being this was supposed to be a happy event for my son it was totally ruined. KARL Thomas 737-206-9899

samuel sanchezMake sure the truck has a battery that doesn't need to be jumped off everytime you turn it off. Tiers don't have screws in them. Water in the coolant system and change the oil format least make sure the oil level is where it needs to be.
Ryan LaytonI normally wouldn’t use u-haul.But they were good customer service the young lady it was nice and when I Called and said I was gonna keep it another day she said Ok,But overall they have good customer service, I couldn’t say nothing bad about them——- But on the other hand I only had it for two days but I got charge for three days and I didn’t like that that’s all I have to say about that

Cody SellersThe online pick up instructed me to wait until the location was open and did not give me a code for the lock box where my keys were located. The location was closed all day on Sunday and I was told that it wouldn't be an issue. I had to bother the person on call which I hated to do.

Takato OkunoyaMobile pick up was not verified electronically and the lady at the front desk had to come out and help. No keys were available in the lock box and she had to manually give me the keys. U-Haul representative called me questioning how I had the vehicle, put me on hold, then hung up on me. A $45 hold was placed in my debit card when the charge should have been around $25.00. I have a pending charge of $35.57, the truck stated to be 19,95 for rental and $.69 per mile driven. I drove. A total of 2 miles, therefore, it appears I have been overcharged. I also have not be issued or emailed a receipt. I would appreciate contact for a representative.
Gustavo EspinozaNo office just one desk, very slow service. No packing material, like blankets, etc. Took 35 minutes to rent 1 truck and we were the only customer. She did the entire transaction on her phone through the app. No computer. Her one year old child was there climbing all over her which slowed the process down even more. I worry about the security of my information since she entered my payment information and took a picture of my drivers license. Mauvaise expérience.

Stephanie NovakExcellent service. The van was ready when I arrived at 9am, the online check-in worked to speed up the process tremendously. It was a 'paper-less' transaction, which was awesome. I did forget to check that the furniture dolly and furniture pads that I included in the rental were in the truck. They were not, so I returned to get them. No big deal, these things happen, and it did not take away from the excellent service received from Turnkey Storage.

Paul BurnamThis was the second attempt to get the van. The first time I could not get the the van because the place was not open when we're told it was. West Texas collision. we had to postpone our move because of this. Turnkey storage was good but West Texas collision was not.

brittney ballThis location was great, however, it was the third location that we were sent to that morning. The central reservations had us picking up at the Clack location. After standing in line there they sent us to the N.1st location. We finally ended up at the San Jacinto location after an hour of run around. It was very unorganized at the main U-haul level. The people at the locations did everything they could do to help us.
