my furniture dolly was not included in my rental. There were no instructions on where to find it. If this is not an option to get unless I pick up during business hours - it should be stated as such when signing up for the truck. Is there anyway to get my $7 for the rental of the furniture dolly that I didn't receive, back?

Debra C.I've never used U-Haul or driven a truck before and I would have appreciated a little bit of an overview/instructions of any kind- how to open the back, whether there's a way to lock it, being told to turn on the haul/tow button, how to adjust mirrors, etc. Instead I was literally reliant on google and signage inside the truck. I asked about how to handle tolls- if I could use my ezpass and the lady had no idea. Thankfully everything was fine, but I was annoyed the lady clearly knew nothing.
jessica N.I would suggest Uhual help this location expand his land for more capacity. This is a prime highway. And he is a good manager. He has his own successful business but the joint venture will benefit you guys both. Buy him nearby land with low interest payments.

Donald W.Windshield was dirty to the point you couldn't see out & if someone drove towards you at night you were in the dark. We returned the van after a short move that night because it was getting dark and I couldn't see. The next day we went back to the rental place to get the van and ask them about cleaning the windows. They gave me a bucket and squeegee like I work there. Then I watched a guy bumping into other UHauls with a rental he was leaving with i went in and said something so she could look at her security camera to see what was happening and she was like oh he's gone I'm not worried. Huh WTF never going back
